Great place to stay

Great house, in a fantastic location. Tons of parking, and the yard and dock are great. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the whole house felt like it had been recently updated. Nice appliances and we had no issues with the house. One thing I want to share is that we were charged a cleaning fee of nearly $150 for our 4-night stay, which is one of the more expensive cleaning fees we've paid. The problem is that it wasn't until after the reservation was booked and we got our check-in information a few days before we arrived that we were required to tidy the house, take out all the trash, wash all the dishes, strip all the beds, and start a load of laundry. If the house was found to be in an "unsatisfactory condition" additional fees would be imposed. On top of that, we were only supplied with two dishwasher packs, and two washing machine packs. Since one of each of those were needed to be used upon check-out, that left our family only one dishwasher use for the five days were were there, unless we bought more ourselves. Same thing for doing laundry. It was basically the same as having coin laundry, as we had to buy our own soap for our visit. I felt it was dishonest to both charge a large cleaning fee, as well as require us to do the majority of the cleaning ourselves. Aside from that, we had a great time, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having the toys and books and the swimming was fantastic.

We had a great time. Back yard was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this lakehouse. A few small items would have improved our stay. The back lawn wasn't mowed and hadn't been for some time. There were spider webs all over the back of the home which didn't allow us to go outside and enjoy the view. The lake was quite low and it is further away from the central location of the restaurants on the lake. We were concerned about grounding the boat since it was less than 2 feet in spots and it took a long time to get to the main channel. The wifi name had been changed so it took us some investigating to figure out the new wifi name. Enjoyed the home but the furniture is slightly cheap but fine. Shampoo, soap, and basic amenities would be a nice addition.

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood at a reasonable price right on Lake Hamilton with a fenced backyard (great for small kids) and good sized dock.

We came to Hot Springs to fish. We had a pontoon boat and it’s not a boat friendly place. There was no place to turn around with the truck and boat. We had to back up a hill for more than a block to get the boat situated to turn down a side street just to get out.

We were so pleased with the spaciousness of the house and clean decor with lots of sunshine as well as all the utensils we needed to prepare meals. Enjoyed the view of the cove - very peaceful, and liked having a garage we could fit both cars in. The fenced yard was a plus as well. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! If you are looking for a home-away-from-home, this is the place! First experience booking a vacation off of a website and I am pleasantly surprised. The house was private, quiet and super clean. It felt so comfortable and had everything we needed! My children did not want to leave! Our host, Mrs. Karrian was extremely helpful and I felt like we could call on her for anything. We enjoyed every morning sitting on the boat dock relaxing and fishing. The convenience of having our boat at the back door made our trip easy without the hassle of loading and unloading the boat every time we wanted to get out on the lake. This property was the perfect choice and would not hesitate to book again!
