Loved it all. The backyard was so perfect and relaxing in the evening. They even had pool toys. We spent hours there. They had the cutest little dog my kids wanted to adopt. Wonderful accommodations and would certainly recommend. Clean, safe, peaceful. Thank you!

    Perfect location!

We had many activities planned in the area and this was the perfect loction centrally located to everything. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We were welcomed with a fresh basket of fruit that was a wonderful to come back to after long days of hiking in July. Loved sitting out and watching the sunsets from the deck. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we did not have an opportunity to enjoy them. The owners pets are the sweetest and kept my daughter happy while being away from her animals. We are hoping to make another trip back soon!

    Lovely Place

    Reviewed by: Megan E. on

This place was great. We came to visit Zion and do some climbing and canyoneering. This place was 30 minutes outside the park and a great location to access everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub were lovely, and the trampoline was great too! We had our own deck just off the kitchen with amazing views. There were just 2 of us but plenty of room for more. They had some nice touches that made the stay just that bit better. The host Laura greeted us with cake which was a lovely surprise. The bed was super comfy, better than my bed at home! And the towels were soft & fluffy and heaven (again better than my towels at home.......maybe i need to go shopping....). They had spare supplies of spices, oil, zip lock bags, etc that are always handy. And we had a late flight so Laura let us come back after check out and hang by the pool for a couple of hours while we waited for our flight, which we really appreciated. The dogs were really sweet and friendly and would come and visit while we sat by the pool (they cannot access your apartment or back deck if you want to avoid the dogs) but we love dogs so it was lovely to pet a dog while we sun bathed. The pool/garden area has sun and shade if you want to sit out but not burn. The place was close to the main street in Hurricane that had all the amenities you would hope for, restaurants, groceries, etc. So we never needed to travel far to get supplies. It has a bakery in town called ?Muddy Bees bakery? (just behind Subway) that sells the best cinnamon rolls we have ever eaten! I would happily stay here again if i came back to the area.

    Nice Location, Great View

We loved the apartment. It was clean and light and had everything we needed. It was really cold during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the deck. We did enjoy the view of the snow covered mountains as we stayed nice and warm inside. It was an easy drive to Zion NP. We would definitely book again if we are in the area. Steve and Laura were great hosts.

    Manager's Response:
Kevin, thank you for your review. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed this home and its wonderful location, but we're sorry that the hot tub was not ready for your stay. These homeowners always try to have the hot tub heated prior to their guests' arrival. Before you arrived, they turned the heat on and went to dinner, and when they returned they were surprised to see the heat never kicked in. They have ordered a new part to remedy the issue and ensure that this situation does not recur for future guests. Thank you for helping us to improve! Best, the Evolve Team

Comfortable, clean and spacious for our family of 5.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived until departing. We are a family of 5 that includes 2 teenagers, baby and our dog and had more than enough space to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen so we could cook and grill. Despite it being cold we really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after our long day st Zion Park. I highly recommend this property. We do plan to retune in the summer months and enjoy the pool.

This rental is an above garage apartment. It has full access to the backyard pool and hot tub. The home owners were very gracious and left us a full basket of fruit. Absolutely awesome! Located in a quiet cul de sac.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The mother-in-law type apartment is over the garage and comes with everything you need to be comfortable. The large fridge and stove saved us money on food as we were able to cook as if we were home. The owners are very nice people and were very helpful. The pool was nice for the kids to play in after a long day of adventures. We will definitely be staying here again.

This rental is in Hurricane, which I love for my Zion getaways. About a 20-30 mon scenic drive to Zion and away from the touristy section by Zion. Overall, we liked this AirBnb, but it could have been better. The code in the email we got was incorrect for the front door, which was an easy fix. Every time we spoke to the owner, she had great communication. This is basically a casita above the garage, which is nice and private. It has its own entrance, own kitchen, living area, etc. It has a nice patio area with chairs and a grill that we used. There is a master with a huge bed and then a bunk bed (with full sized beds) off to the side in the living area. The kitchen is small, but was useful and clean. They had a blender, plates, etc. Everything you would need to cook. We have stayed at multiple Airbnb's and this was just didn't have those unique, homey touches. The towels were there, but super thin. There was nothing on the walls. (Other than a tv mount that wasn't been used..?) There wasn't a guest book. The paint in the rooms had large chunks out of it, which just kind of looked unfinished. The hot tub didn't have much water in it, but the owner did fix that for us after we brought it up. There was no welcoming to the place, with a basket or waters in the fridge. The space was fine, but like I said, not super homey. Owner had dogs. 2 were quite and friendly, but the chihuahua never stopped barking. I love the location, it was clean, and the communication from the owner was nice, but for the price I would have liked a bit more. Especially because I have stayed in a Hurricane at airbnbs before. (On a side note, this is somehow being run by a third party, like a property management group and the emails I got from them lacked communication and responses. However, the owner was very nice.)
