Very unimpressed. Water about a block away. House has no backyard. No sheets on the beds upstairs. Bbqs no propane. Inside very small.

Cabin is not quite as advertised... while the bed was very comfortable, the wifi didn’t work consistently and there was not enough propane for more than one meal. Also, the coffee maker was really tired and required you to manually hold down the keurig lid down by hand during the brew cycle. Overall cleanliness of sheets was not good too requiring us to wash them ourselves. For the price charged, these details should have been taken care of before arrival.
Great cozy little cabin. Makes great use of the space. Close to the water and dining. Would definitely rent this space again. Great for kids.

We used this nice house as our start to drive into the Lassen Nationalpark to go hiking. After the holiday season the area is really empty and quite. So we can really enjoyed the silence. As we arrived the house wasn't cleaned. But I think it was just an communication issue with the cleaning lady. Next day everything was cleaned as expected. The way to the lake is really easy. Just a few steps and not a big deal.

Hi Michael, We are sorry to hear that the location of the property did not meet your expectations. We let guests know before they book that the home is just 300 feet from the lake, but we apologize that it was not what you anticipated. Thank you for your review, and we hope to travel with you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team
The property was exactly as-described. Easy to access and perfect for a getaway at the Lake. We may have spent only 2 or 3 waking hours at the property, but it was perfect for our family of 5. The property was clean and everything was in working order. Would definitely go back again.
