Lake Almanor Country Club amenities include access to a 9-hole golf course - just 100 yards up the road - 2 beaches, several tennis courts, boat launch, playground, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. During the summer months, the Country Club hosts a summer concert series worth checking out!
There are so many outdoor adventures that come with staying in this beautiful region! Go water skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, road biking, golfing, swimming, walking, or just lying on the beach to work on your tan.
If you want to go boating, rent a vessel at Knotty Pine Resort just 4.4 miles from the home. Take your boat out on the water all day long, and when your stomachs start to rumble, dock at Plumas Pines Resort and Bar on the West Shore for a lakeside meal.
After a day filled with high altitude activities, head home to relax. If you want to rinse off after playing in the lake waters, there's a full bathroom in the attached garage!
It seems natural to come to visit here in the warmer months to spend endless hours on the Lake, but this is also a winter wonderland perfect for colder months! The home is less than 20 miles from Coppervale Ski Area where you can shred the slopes then come home to get toasty by the fireplaces!

Clean and Spacious
5/5 The home was super clean and well kept. It was spacious with two living rooms and two dining areas. The house is dated but everything is functional and clean. There was plenty of room for our 4 teenagers and my wife and I. The electric golf cart is a perk for sure. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner is super responsive. He answered calls and was very helpful with any and all concerns. We would definitely stay here again. The LACC has a lot of administrative rules but the amenities and property are great. Lake Almanor is a special place.

Serene and beautiful get away
4/5 The location of this house was so peaceful and quiet! The golf cart was a hit to take out to the peninsula and watch the sunset each evening. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! The manager was excellent at meeting our every need! We will be back for sure!!

Location and size of house was awesome.
4/5 This place is extremely out dated. I don't think anything has been updated since 1970. But the size of the house was amazing. We couldn't get the TV to work in the upstairs living room. The showers don't have shower heads (or at least normal shower heads). The house has tons of outdoor toys for the kids. The golf cart was perfect to get down to Rec 1 and Rec 2.

Enjoyed new with my friends.
5/5 Overall it was very pleasant stay we enjoyed our time together and celebrated new year.
When we reached location the house ran out off propane. Heater and hot water wasn't working. We contacted Deb, we were informed that gas company missed the delivery. But Deb made sure that we get enough instructions to start two fire places inside home and sent a property manager to check if things are working fine. Deb generously issued one night stay refund.
Other than this one issue it was a great stay. 10mins walk to the lake.
