Thanksgiving in Houston
3/5 Only 3 bedrooms, not 4. The 4th “bedroom” is in a study downstairs with no door. The downstairs toilet is not fully attached. The thermostat does what it wants no matter what you program it to do. There is no driveway with room for 4 cars.

-From us here at Evolve, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We are currently working with the homeowner to update the listing to reflect the correct number of bedrooms within the home.
-The property does not advertise an attached bathroom with every room. The downstairs toilet room is one step from the downstairs study area.
-We can confirm there are no issues with the thermostat. It is a Digital Thermostat and the homeowner also has the option to adjust the setting from their phone if a guest has any concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.
-This urban property offers a two-car garage and ample parking space in front of the house and the back of the house with at least eight parking spaces.

4/5 The house is comfortably sized with pretty much all of the basic amenities. Master bedroom and bath were particularly comfortable but all were good. Property manager was highly communicative and prompt. While plateware and silverware were plentiful, cooking-ware were sparse and quality mediocre. Backyard is so small and walled-in that it was not very enjoyable to be out there, particularly given Houston's near-constant humidity.
