Great little house with modern updates.
5/5 The home was comfortable and provided a great vacation hub for the 4-5 days we stayed in KC area. Centrally located to historical areas like Liberty, Independence, and Far West. The only thing we wish the property had was laundry facilities. For a short stay not a problem, but for longer it was unfortunate we had to go sit at a laundry mat for several hours on our vacation...never seen a house without laundry. Guess we shouldn't have assumed. We had two adults and four children; utilizing the blow up mattress. That worked but did make the living room pretty tight once the bed was blown up. Not a complaint, just wanted to provide that information for anyone who wants to know. It worked out just fine for us. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with all the tools you would need. We grilled one night and cooked the others. Walmart just a few minutes away as well as several restaurants. Bathroom is cozy, but still nice. Communication was great. They sent us a text to welcome us and provide pass code for door. Also followed up during the week and after our departure. Super easy to work with in our case.

Lovely property!
5/5 The description of this property was spot on. Very clean and well stocked with essentials such as soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and paper towels. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to answer our questions. Without a doubt, we would stay here next time we are in Kansas City!One small heads up. We greatly appreciated the fact that kayaks were available but I mistakenly assumed the lake was on site. Watkins Mill was less than 10 minutes away but if we did not have a large vehicle we would not have been able to transport the kayaks.
