    Manager's Response:

Bob, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We're so sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations and we appreciate your feedback. We've shared your comments with the homeowners who deeply regret that your stay was anything less than stellar. We have updated the listing description to better reflect the location of the unit for future guests - thanks for bringing this to our attention. Additionally, we certainly wish that we had been made aware of any issues you experienced while you were in residence; we and the homeowners would have loved the opportunity to make things right. The owners have had multiple parties inspect the property for any sort of pests or odors and none have been found, but the owners will remain diligent in the event that anything were to crop up. Thanks again for your feedback! Best, the Evolve Team

    Very nice place

    Comment:

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that the unit we rented was every bit as nice in person as the pictures made it look. The furnishings and decor were very tasteful, the kitchen had everything thing you could want, great screened porch with table and chairs, it was perfect for two and would be comfortable for 4. Very short drive to downtown Tryon and other quaint towns nearby. Just two things we thought could be better: 1-there is no thermostat to control temperature in this downstairs unit. It is apparently located in the upper unit. 2-the absolute thinnest toilet paper we?ve seen in our lives (we?re 70, btw). Did not match the quality of anything else in the house.

Would definitely go back... a tad further from TIEC especially with the on ramp from the show grounds blocked off and we had to go East on 74 before we could go West. Thanks for sharing your lovely apartment.
