The home's interior boasts eclectic but cozy and personal decor, stunning accents and detailed finishings, all custom designed by the homeowners who are film industry design and set building professionals! Modern amenities and appliances highlight the home's rustic charm, providing a memorable getaway experience. 

The gourmet, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring new pots and pans, a gas cooktop on the center-island, and a spacious open floor plan making it easy to entertain family and friends. Share your home-cooked masterpieces in the kitchen or at the dining table in the charming sunroom, or step out onto the beautiful deck and dine with river views.

After dinner, warm your toes in front of the wood-burning stove while laying back on the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV equipped with a Roku streaming device through the free WiFi. - Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Do not strip linens. Leave slept in beds unmade
- Please close the driveway gates after you come and go from the property and lock gates at your final departure
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Ample outdoor parking is available at the property for multiple cars, RVs, large vehicles, trucks and 2-3 motor homes in the large lower parking area. Please note there is no dump station for motor homes, but they can be parked onsite while guests are staying in the home.
