Anniversary weekend
4/5 Although we had a great weekend and made the best of everything there were a few things we wished we would have known prior. It says pet friendly which we were so excited about but it wasn’t u til I paid that it shows u have to pay an additional $100 for the pet so we decided to leave ours behind. Not a huge deal but when you are on a budget it makes a difference. We were hoping to have a more private experience and not to say that we didn’t have privacy as we did but the owners live a couple feet from the house and as you look at the pictures you wouldn’t gather that because the description says owners live on property. When we got there the owner was on the front porch. Very nice but that’s how close they are. The hot tub is facing the owners house and kind of just out there but also it is a hot tub for 2. Now if you are small people perfect but if you are larger it may not work for you. We tried to use the fire pit the first night and it didn’t have gas but the nice owners got us some the next day but instead of installing it they just set the tank on the porch for us to do. The place is small and cozy but if u r a tall person you may have some issues:). Overall we made the best of it and had a great time. The owners were very nice people and we did have everything we needed.
