The RR house was a great place to bring in the new year. It is peaceful and quiet. It is close to the Smoky Mountain National park. The house had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Also, the owners were just a phone call away. Loved the fenced in back yard! It made it so easy to walk our dogs. Thank you for being dog friendly! We love to take them with us when we can.

Our stay in this home was amazing. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, including extra towels and blankets. Turning into the home, you are greeted by an inviting front porch, complete with a porch swing to relax and sip tea (or hot cocoa). The check-in was quick and easy. Going inside, the living room is the first thing you see. It has an electric fireplace under a large screen smart TV with all channels (Netflix, Hulu, etc). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the dining table was perfect for us and the other couple who vacationed with us. We enjoyed the firepit outside, which had firewood for us to use. We also enjoyed strolling down the abandoned railroad tracks that run right behind the home and all the way into Downtown Murphy. All in all, the cabin was very well stocked with more than just the necessities. Fair warning, if you are expecting the Hilton, this is not the place for you. But if you are yearning for a one-of-a-kind, 5 star stay in a well mantained cabin on the outskirts of the mountains to unwind from the hecticness of everyday life, then look no further. This is the place for you.
