I can't say enough great things about the 5th wheel in Sedona. It's clean, comfortable, and in a great central location, and the hosts are wonderfully accommodating. Upon check-in they give you a quick tour to show you the particulars and are very gracious throughout. I truly felt if there was anything I needed from the hosts they wouldn't hesitate to help me out. I would certainly recommend the property to friends and family that will be traveling to the area.

Stay here! This place is awesome on the inside and outside! Comfortable bed with nice sheets, lot's of space to hang out, relax and cook. The outdoor area is wonderful with lots of seating for eating or just hanging outside. The kitchen is abundantly stocked and they had everything a person would need to be comfortable - even a first aid kit which great because I needed one for a cut. The hosts are so helpful and wonderful people-they left us chocolates, fruit, coffee, tea and lot's of condiments which made us feel special during our stay. This trailer has A LOT of space to be comfortable and is really like a small apartment which provided plenty of space for two people. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again and again!

    Sweet little place

We stayed in Sedona for two nights and were very pleased with our digs. It was a fun 5th wheel camper located in a convenient location and sits on a private, wooded lot. Hosts were attentive, place was spotless and it had everything possible to make us feel right at home. Our thoughtful hosts even provided a complimentary bottle of wine. Husband does not drink but there was even non-alcoholic beer in the fridge. And...The bed was ridiculously comfortable. We would definitely go back!

    Great Time in Sedona

The 5th wheel rental in West Sedona was a wonderful surprise. The home itself was so awesome and had all the comforts of a full size home. So much better than a hotel because I had a refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer. The bed was very cozy and comfy. Carl and Suni were first class hosts and went out of there way to make sure I was happy. I wasn’t sure about staying on the West side but it turned out to be perfect because traffic to the east and south was ridiculous. I found many fabulous trails and vistas and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. I will definitely be back to my little 5th wheel!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. The 5th wheel turned out to be the best place to stay. It's close to the west side trails and a quick drive to Uptown Sedona. A lot of great places for food in the area with great little wine bar just down the street with a fantastic selection. Fun place to stay.

Even though was unusually wintry, we had an awesome time. Suni and Carl saw to our every need or question. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the recliners after a day of hiking and sightseeing. If you want to cook, this property has everything you could possibly need. The patio was very inviting but not for us on this trip as it was blanketed with a beautiful fresh snow every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Unique Experience...Book it! You won't regret it!!

    Reviewed by: Terrie on

Wow, really great experience. Carl & Suni were awesome hosts. Checked in with me just the right amount via text or email throughout my stay. This place is well positioned within Sedona, away from the congestion of downtown, but a short jaunt to anything and everything you could dream of in a Sedona or outlying areas trip. Clean, well supplied, comfy bed, hiking trails within walking, bicycling or very brief car trip. Short orientation on living 5th Wheel. Don't worry, nothing difficult or strenuous. I tried Coffee Pot Restaurant & Jose's Caf over 2 mornings for breakfast. Both were close, clean with great service and good menus. Although I highly recommend the airport restaurant for breakfast, I'd been there before and wanted to try out other places. Bear Mountain was on my bucket list so I hiked it Saturday. Really, really spectacular views! I don't recommend it for novice/beginner hikers, particularly in warmer/hotter weather. It's not a tame trail (tricky footing in places), there's climbing involved in a few spots, little shade, LOTS of uphill, and some false summits that make you wonder if it's worth going all the way. Do your research before taking it on, there's lots of trails in Sedona for hikers of all levels. Saturday night, I had tickets for Esteban at Soundbites Restaurant in the Hyatt shopping center. Nice dinner, and what can I say...Esteban! Seriously, you need to check him out and attend a show. Sunday, I decided to take Carl up on his suggestion of Amitabha Stupa Peace Park and/or Thunder Mountain - Andante loop trail. I did both. First meandering around the Peace Garden trails, and praying as suggested by signs at both the Stupa and the Medicine Wheel. Then, I headed off to Thunder Mountain trailhead. Ok, it's nowhere near as spectacular as Bear, but as it was a new trail for me it held my interest until the Andante leg. Andante is for the most part a trail through a meadow close to housing. The bottom line is that it gets you back to Thunder Mountain trail and the trailhead parking. I am thrilled that I took the chance & booked non-traditional accommodations, it was a really enjoyable mini-vaca.!

Very clean, well maintained 5th wheel, with upgraded hot water and bath. The owners have thought of virtually everything (fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, chocolate, maps, great chairs for taking in some sun, you name it)! Hiking trails and spiritual sites are within walking distance and the views from the property are phenomenal. We have rented many vacation homes. These owners are by far the most thoughtful.

First time in Sedona. First time in a 5th wheel. Loved both! SuniRae and Carl provide a lovely setting with a roomy and comfortable RV. Being an OCD kinda of gal, I noticed and appreciated all the attention to details they supplied - water, fruit, organic chocolate bar (yes!) even a bottle of wine and a few beers. I mean, really! Generous. There were 1st aid supplies in the bathroom, too. Very kind. So were SuniRae & Carl. They made sure we knew the particulars of the RV and were extremely helpful with where and what to do in Sedona. The location is quiet and serene with perfect access to lots of great hiking just up the road. Close to town and easy drive to Uptown Sedona.
