I enjoyed my stay, the cabin was immaculate with a homey feel. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were, I slept very well. I wouldn't hesitate to book here in the future.

Stayed here while visiting my parents who lived down the road in an RV community. Nice, clean home to come home to. Hosts were very friendly to deal with and they even had treats for us when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

This cottage is quaint and cute. The owners were very generous, leaving us snacks for the stay. My family enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was perfect. The neighbors have chickens but the house is very well insulated and we couldn?t hear any noise from the road or the crowing rooster. The deer with their babies were very nice to watch from the screened back porch, they came right up to the door to eat the corn. The kids enjoyed all the games. The welcome gifts were very thoughtful and came in handy for the kids. The town shuts down early but that is part of the charm, in my opinion. We really hope to stay again on our next visit to Medina river. Thank you so much for letting us use your cottage ??

This was the first time my family and have ever rented a cottage type home for a small vacation. We wanted to just take a break during the summer with the kids and get away from the city and away from the corporate lifestyle and hotels. We were not disappointed. The home was very accommodating and was able to hold a family of 6. Everything you would normally have at home can be found here in this cottage. From cookware, dishes, and utensils, to typical condiments, charcoal, and lighter fluid... The owner says all you have to bring is the meat, that's the truth. There's even horseshoes in the back and corn to feed the deer. If you don't mind scenic travel to places like San Antonio, Kerrville, Gruene, Lukenback, etc... you are in the right place. As a first experience, we will definitely do this again.

Our group came down to TX this weekend to take on a 100K race in Bandera, so ease and comfort were a BIG deal! So much care and consideration was taken by the owners of this place to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need and more, the whole place was very comfortable and well thought out to aid to all guests needs! We absolutely loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this lovely place to anyone! Everything was super easy and enjoyable! Thank you so much to Pablo and Rosy for providing such a comfortable place to stay!

A wonderful and convenient space.

This cottage was the perfect place for my family to stay this Thanksgiving! So cozy and cute, and in walking distance of everything in Medina. There's a little convenience store next door and a dollar general in walking distance, so even on Thanksgiving day we were able to pick up some groceries on our daily walk. Such a quaint little town. Our hosts were so thoughtful- they left us wine, pumpkin pie, snacks, and a very well stocked kitchen. Everything is so well thought out and comfortable. My girls loved playing the board games and watching the DVDs. It was just what we needed to get away from the everyday business, slow down and be present with each other. We took beautiful drives, walked down to the river, and drive to Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Bandera for day trips. All such cute towns with great shopping! We will be back- thank you!!!

Instructions were given in advance to alleviate any questions or concerns. Check in was quick and easy. Air condition was nice and cold! Perfect location to begin our motorcycle riding! Everything we needed from the stores was available within 1/2 mile walking distance. Peaceful spot with dozens of deer roaming within feet of the house. Owners are very thoughtful and want to do all they can to make your stay wonderful! They definitely succeeded with our stay which consisted of six adults.

The house was an amazing getaway! Very clean, well thought out decor, plenty of room for our family of four, two which were teenagers, and they didn't want to leave, but neither did we! Very, very well stocked, had everything we needed to cook dinner, plenty of towels, extra blankets, everything needed for a complete stay, and we appreciated all the extras that were included. This place is a must stay, and we look forward to coming back! Thank you Pablo for the great area guide, it was well thought out, and we enjoyed reading it!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this lovely home! We're Airbnb hosts ourselves, and have traveled the world staying in short term rentals. This is certainly one of our favorites, situated so close to the Medina River (and the delicious burgers over at The Apple Store!). The hosts have arranged for every convenience, from fluffy towels to a fully-stocked kitchen, from ice-cold AC for the Texas summer to covered parking, and easy, gracious communication for questions about the area. We were a family of four, and were so comfortable on our weekend getaway that it was hard to head back to the big city. Medina is a gem in the Texas hill country, and so is this special cottage!

This vacation rental was a true gem. My daughter lives in Medina and we frequently have stayed in Kerrville, which is about a 45-minute drive, each way. But now that we have found this rental, we?ll be staying here. The owners did a fantastic job with the place and took good care and attended to every detail a renter could ask for. We?ll definitely be back!!

The Medina Cottage was absolutely perfect. It has a nice, warm home-y feel in a small quiet town. We came down to ride motorcycles in Hill Country and the location is perfect for the awesome winding roads in the area. The wildlife in the back yard was a neat touch! Pablo was very inviting and answered all of our questions right away and made sure we felt right at home. WHEN we come back to visit this area again, we will be looking the Medina Cottage up again!
