A gem in Austin
5/5 We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. The creek in the back was peaceful and teaming with fish and birds. The paddle boat made for a fun way to take it all in.

Beyond expectations!
5/5 This is such a gem of a house! So cozy and so practical with all the little odds and ends and details you need. Very responsive team (Evolve) and very responsive and available host (Gary). No wonder this place has so many great reviews! It earns them in spades!! If we ever get a chance to rent this house again we will jump on it.
Peaceful retreat
5/5 We had a great stay at this location! Mary and Gary were fantastic hosts and even offered us extra amenities for our kids. The house if fully stocked and in a gorgeous setting. We hope to be back!

Perfection!
5/5 I’ve stayed in lots of short term rentals, but this home was the best by far. The home was immaculate and spacious! The room arrangement offered lots of places for our six people to gather, and the furniture was very comfortable., as were the beds. Now for the outside…even better than the inside! It felt like our own private resort. It had a lush green lawn, cozy fire pit, a tree swing, and a fun paddle boat. We enjoyed the large patio where we could look out at the river and surrounding trees. Gary was such a thoughtful host. Brought us more firewood for the outdoor pit when we ran out. He was at our beck and call. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here!
