This place is phenomenal! Everything you need to have in a functioning home was provided and then a few extras. Its location is perfect, just a few miles out of town but still very close to everything. The best of both worlds. Its very cozy as well as very cool. Bring a great book for some of the best vistas for reading youll ever witness. 6 out of 5 stars!

The reviews have covered all that can be said about how great this place is. Its everything we expected and more. Gwenn was a wonderful host for the few minutes we got to speak. If we ever come back to Sedona this would be where we would stay no doubt! Thank you!

We just loved staying in this awesome house at the edge of the desert very near to downtown Sedona. Everything about it was so pleasant. Truly a home away from home. Great outdoor spaces around the house, with fire pit and stargazing deck and amazing open spacious feel. We felt so comfortable, loved and cared for during our stay. And the owner, who lives nearby, graciously offered us help in whatever way we needed without being intrusive. We highly recommend this special vacation rental. It truly is a gem.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our anniversary weekend. We loved everything about ‘The Hidden Gem’ and cannot wait to stay again! Gwenn is very accommodating and takes extra special care of her property. Highly recommend!
Gwenn - Thank you for sharing your nice home with us and our pups. The view is amazing and it was awesome to see the hot air balloons every morning - one passing so close that we could actually talk to them! During our stay, the rain from the monsoon was good and how relaxing it was to sit on the deck the next day and listen to the water in the arroyo below. The location is very convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants and things to do and see!

We enjoyed this home very much! It is private, but you are so close to Sedona. The views are amazing and the patio and deck are so nice! Home was very private and comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat!

You’ll fall in love with this place and enjoy finding clues about who owns such a charming piece of property. Ideal for dogs and dog lovers. You’ll feel more at home than you do your own place thanks to Gwenn’s warm hospitality.

This place is the cream in the oreo folks!
It is magical, enchanting, serene ... sacred!!! And our host, Gwen? We felt like we were visiting family!
We will no doubt be back!!!
First, let me start by saying this property exceeded everyone of my expectations, the moment we pulled in, my wife had to pick my jaw up off the floorboard of our car.
The landscape is expansive, unique and of more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The house from the outside has such great character, and you can tell it has been cared for with love. With this property you're getting more then just a house, you're escaping from the world. (What's nice though is that it only feels that way, we were honestly only about 5 minutes from the closest store.)
The interior of the house just continued to amaze me. Just as cute and cared for as the exterior. It is laid out well and comes appointed with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves comfortably. Oh and did I mention the views from the master bedroom?!?!?!?!?!
The host, Gwenn, was the best part of the trip. She was filled with a ton of knowledge about the area as she is a long time local and is one of the most friendly and genuine people I have ever met. She's there if you need her but will make you feel like you're the only person on the property if that is what you prefer.
Everything was PERFECT. We cannot wait to return.
