Comfortable quiet home in a great location
5/5 We spent over 3 months here, Jan-mid April 2023, and it really felt like home. The house was spacious, well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed, even lots of spices for cooking. On arrival, everything was ready and the binder of information was very helpful. Wifi speed is excellent and lots of channels available on all 3 TV's.
The location is excellent - we could walk to Westworld for the Barrett-Jackson car auctions, or the Arabian Horse Show and the Phoenix Open golf tournament has buses running to the course from the same lot. Also close to groceries and other day-to-day shopping.
Our favorite activity was hiking in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve which is very close by.

Really Great Stay in a Terrific Home
5/5 We had a terrific long-term stay in this very comfortable, well appointed and well located home in the McDowell Mountain Ranch area of Scottsdale.
The house has a nice open floor plan and felt very roomy. The kitchen has everything you could need for your stay and the grill on the patio works well. The bedrooms were also spacious and there were plenty of comfortable sheets and towels etc... The wifi worked well, which was important since we were "working from home" during much of our stay.
There are wonderful views from the patio/backyard and there is even a nice "fire table" to sit around and watch the sun set or just enjoy the mountain views. The pool isn't heated so we did not get to enjoy it this trip-maybe next time! The house is located just off of one of the walking paths so it was easy to get around the neighborhood and it is a short walk up the path to the community center with its pool, tennis/pickle ball courts and playground.
The owners are really nice and helpful and they and the management company quickly responded to the couple of questions and matters that arose during our stay. In addition, both were very flexible and responsive to our check-in and check-out needs.
