If you want to experience the magic world of Disney, while still having an oceanfront respite - this is the place for you! Spend your days exploring Disney theme parks with Mickey, only an hour away, before returning home for a marvelous sunset over the ocean.
Walk just 2 blocks and you’ll reach the Cocoa Beach Pier, where you can spend an afternoon sightseeing while walking along the shore, then explore the many surrounding boutique shops and waterfront dining options. Take a break and replenish with a pint of fine ale at Cocoa Beach Ale House.
Drive 3 miles north to Port Canaveral, enjoy a night out on the town and treat yourself to a waterfront fine-dining experience. Grab a late night cocktail and indulge in a fresh seafood dinner at Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill.
Take a break from the beach environment and head up to the Kennedy Space Center, where you can spend a day touring the interesting exhibits and history of the program.
Other waterfront activities like dinner cruises, helicopter tours, fishing and kayaking are all available nearby.
If you’re traveling with younger children, take a day and experience the thrills at Disney World or Universal Studios, both less than an hour from home.

Perfect stay
5/5 Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and neat. Kitchen had a full complement of pots, pans, dishes, etc.
located right on the beach, I could hear the waves crashing on the shore. The property is maintained nicely. There’s a dedicated, covered parking space.
Was able to see 2 rocket launches from the cape.
Just a very nice experience.

Beautiful view
5/5 This condo is well maintained, very clean and safe. April was very pleasant to deal with, quick and helpful when we had a minor issue.The condo is spacious and has everything you’ll need for your trip. The pool is perfect and the view is spectacular. It is just a short walk to the ocean through a private entrance. The balcony is huge, perfect to look at the view.

Vacation
4/5 Overall our stay was wonderful. The instructions to get into the condo could use some clarification. The key is in the lockbox inside the doorway of the actual condo, the parking pass drop box is in the hallway where the mailboxes are (not outside condo #15), and the gentleman who answered the door in condo #15 couldn’t answer questions and asked us to not knock on his door. We loved our stay and had a fabulous time. The condo itself was great, clean, and stocked well. Would definitely stay again.
