This house and property definitely has major cool factor, and is clean and well-cared for. There was plenty of space for us and 5 adult relatives to sleep, eat, shower, and hang out. Plus it was very easy and comfortable to host other family members and friends for meals and games. We also were able to successfully host a rehearsal dinner for 45 on the lawn. If you are planning to host an event here, be forewarned that you must use one particular event coordinator and her preferred vendors. It worked out fine, and we were accommodated well, but it added a middle man and additional expense. Also, the house is outfitted with white carpet, and there is a sign on the front door asking that shoes be removed – something to consider if you’re having an indoor event (or staying with kids). Be aware that the house and property has many level changes – it was a slight issue with my elderly mother and my sister-in-law with her pre-operative knees. The house is fantastically equipped with higher-end fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, as well as kitchen housewares. Unfortunately, there were no knives to be found, and the gorgeous kitchen lacks a baseline organization such that with each guest it becomes more disheveled and difficult to find things – but these are easily fixed, and my confidence in Peter, the owner is high. He was extremely responsive and communicative, making up for the poor communication by the personnel of Evolve. It was his number at the back door that I called when I had received no access instructions. He also had the massive front lawn mowed immediately in order to help us prepare for our outdoor event. The availability of a printer, a garage, and a lot of outdoor seating was a bonus. It was a great place, nice views, and not too far from Asheville proper. The owners are generous to share it.

We drove from Central VA to celebrate our birthday's in Asheville for a long weekend with friends. The house was a quick drive to both downtown and the entrance to the parkway for our planned hikes. We had six adults total and we had amble space and really enjoyed the decks in the front yard that overlooked a stunning view. We didn't realize the house didn't have AC (end of June trip) but the mountain air was cool enough during our stay to keep our guests happy. We've already recommended the house to others and would stay on a future visit! **We didn't have kids with us but the kids bunk and game room would be a fun place to them to stay. Hope to see you again soon, Asheville!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! The set up was perfect for our large party of 10. The view was unbelievable! The large windows in the living room allowed us to see the beautiful mountains all day. The bedroom were set up on opposite ends of the house which allowed some to sleep while others were up and no one was disturbed. This house is very spacious with 2 dining areas and an open living room. The owner was so quick to respond and helpful. He made sure that we were comfortable, had all of our amenities, and even made sure we had coffee in the house! This house in 10-15 minutes from downtown, 20-25 minutes from Chimney Rock, and 25 minutes from Sierra Nevada brewery.

We stayed in the home over the past weekend for a girls trip. The house is exactly what you?d expect from the pictures. We had plenty of room and the game room was great with the bunk beds. We went into Asheville multiple days we were there and the drive was very easy. We received a nice welcome letter from the hosts that recommend restaurants and things to do while staying at the home. We didn?t venture into the town of Franklin, but ate a great restaurant The Local Joint near the house. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Where do I begin? On a scale of 1 to 5, this home is a 10. For you Mad Men fans, this is where 2018 Don Draper would reside and work from home. Remote, but close enough to a grocery store, gas stations, an urgent care, and other small family style eateries. When you drive up to the home, out of the trees and bushes come this beautiful, colorful, one-level, one-of-a-kind oasis with a gated fence, wall-level fireplace, rais stove, backyard open pit, and picnic area. Large front and moderate backyard. Luscious green grass. Prepare to walk barefoot on this luxury carpet-feel grass. Manicured landscape. Security cameras. I felt very safe here as it is an area without an influx of traffic. This home was immaculately clean. Flawless. Large bedrooms. Luxury mattresses. Every upscale appliance you can think of is in this home. Much thoughtfulness for fine details (that make a home a home) went into this rental. New linen. 2 large dining tables and dining areas. Large gas stove/oven. Stainless steel appliances. Ice maker/water fridge. Covered gas grill. 2- car garage with security codes. Sunken living room with large windows full of bright sunlight. Lots of seating room. Numerous windows in each room, with maintained screens for fresh mountain air. Directions and instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I communicated with the owner a few times and he always responded promptly, and in kind. Large and luxurious walk-in showers. Washer/dryer that complements each other in both looks and functionality. Large, professional Keurig, traditional coffee pot, fully-supplied kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/ name it. If ever there was a home away from home to fall in love with, this is it. I. Will. Return. Again. And. Again.

The house was more lovely than the pictures portray, and the owner was very quick to reply, and asked for feedback after our stay. My family and I were here for a visit to the Biltmore, which was a quick 10 minute drive, and the house was comfortable and spacious. All of the bedrooms had king beds, with extra sleeping space in the playroom, which was great! The kitchen was spacious and nice, with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The only thing I would improve upon, would be adding curtains to the bedroom windows for privacy at night. Other than that, the house was perfect!

The house was great and had all amenities necessary for a week-Long getaway. The only recommendations we have are to cover the heating pipes in the 'game room/kids room' and to add some drapes to all the windows in the house - the view was amazing, but drapes would provide options. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was clean, and had everything we needed. Great view, and tucked away. A little bit of a drive to town but really not bad, worth the drive for the amount of space. Maybe 20-ish minutes depending where you are going. Grocery store within pretty short distance also. Definitely potential for a return visit.

This is a beautiful house and a great option for visiting the Asheville area (about a 20 min. drive, depending on which part you're going to). Three bedrooms with king beds (one is two twins put together) plus four twin bunks make for lots of space for a couple of families. Everything seemed to be clean and the beds were comfy (two main king beds are a bit on the firmer side - which is my preference). Lots of blankets provided, good wifi with easy access to netflix etc. on the TVs via Roku. We didn't really cook, but appreciated making "real" coffee (as opposed to just a Keurig :) ). And there seem to be lots of supplies. The view out the front windows is beautiful. Love the mid-modern feel of this place.
