  The house was beautiful and the view was breathtaking! Property manager was very nice and informative about snowy road conditions, etc. We would definitely book again!

  The house was great but needs some TLC. Debris around the outside of the house, water leak in the bedroom under the kitchen, a lot of the doors didn't want to close, the cabinets in the kitchen didn't want to open or stay closed, dishwasher door didn't want to stay down and it wasn't affixed to the cabinets.

• Bunkbed room

  The Bunk bedroom is an entirely separate unit which was not evident in the property description. We counted don't hat for our kids to sleep there but ended up not using it because we couldn't hear them and didn't feel it was safe for a four and seven-year-old to spend the night alone in a separate unit. The communication with the host was very good at the beginning but not on the day of checkout. The property has a beautiful view the neighborhood is not the best for walking. The upstairs top floor has no heating.

  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and can confirm that our listing notes "(Studio Bunk Room, Bottom Floor, Separate Entrance, Stairs Required", but we're sorry if you missed that information while making your reservation.
  - We were surprised to hear your comment that the communication was not great, specifically on the day of your departure. We communicated many times throughout your stay, especially on the day of your check-out. answer all of your questions promptly.
  - Neighborhoods in Lake Arrowhead do not have sidewalks, pedestrian share the road with the cars, but it still is a beautiful walk in the mountains.
  - Our property has an A-frame structure, which means the heat rises to the top of the house, keeping it very warm and why the loft floor does not have it's own heating system as it is not designed to.
