Grab your skis and shred Granby Ranch, which is only a few minutes drive from the property and great for skiiers of all levels and ages. Winter Park is just slightly further from the property and offers even more pirme skiing and snowboarding opportunities!
In the summer, bring along your mountain bike, as the ski runs of Granby Ranch are turned into great mountain biking trail. You'll also enjoy exploring numerous hiking trails all throughout Grand County. Additionally, be sure to visit Grand Lake for summer boating fun.
Hop in the car and take an easy drive to the expansive Rocky Mountain National Park to experience the most amazing wilderness in the state.
If you feel like staying close to town, head over to the local YMCA of The Rockies to take a dip in the hot tub or splash around in the swimming pool.

We had Thanksgiving there
4/5 We decided to get away to the mountains for Thanksgiving so we chose to stay at this place. It fit our 3 families with little kids and teenagers nicely. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the fireplace in the back and enjoyed looking at the stars. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that both air mattress did not work and the kitchen was a little too small to cook for 3 families. It was a great location and we enjoyed going to the hot springs nearby. Just wish the ski resort was open.
Great Golf Basecamp!!
5/5 Great place with comfortable beds!! Perfect for our mountain golf getaway. Add a hot tub and this would be our go to every year!

Great location - Comfortable Home
5/5 Our visit during summer 2023 was wonderful. The house is a quick drive to Grand lake and Rocky Mountain National Park with lots of hiking opportunities all around. The house is extremely well equipped with grill, fire pit, all the kitchen appliances and tools you need, and really comfortable all around. We couldn't have imagined a better set up for our visit to Colorado!
Beautiful House and very spacious!
4/5 Everything was wonderful, only one minor hiccup…..No TP, however City Market is very close for any toiletries.
