We could have not been happier and more comfortable staying there. Angie was beyond amazing and kind. Check in was so easy and our stay so pleasant. There is nothing that I would change except for the extremely hot temperatures for late September! Oh well... maybe we will just need to come back soon and enjoy it in Fall or Winter :-)The place was so clean, well maintained and organized. It really felt great to be there. Our dog loved running around early AM in the fields and running in and out of the woods. We took some long-ish morning walks right when the sun came up that gave our days the PERFECT start. We went out to dinner one night, which was nice but if I come back I would just plan on doing all my meals at home. Definitely would recommend to others looking for a quiet simple and pleasant getaway.Thank you so much, Angie! We were very happy and had a beautiful weekend away from our city life.

This was such a nice get away for our family as we visited Red River Gorge. It is in beautiful farm country and probably about 20-25 mins from the Natural Bridge Lodge. Everything was so clean at the house. They had everything we could possibly need from soaps, a stocked kitchen, to games, movies and corn hole. It was very relaxing and perfect for our family with young children. Our toddler asked as we drove away, "When can we go to the farm house again?" The owner was so nice, helpful and responsive. The weekend we were there happened to be quite hot and the home had great air conditioning. Overall wonderful and relaxing experience! We highly recommend Grandma's Farmhouse and would love to return again.

We couldn't be any happier with our stay at grandma's farm house. It was super clean, peaceful, fully stocked with everything we might need during our stay. It was hard to leave this lovely spot and head back to reality. Angie was very welcoming, had breakfast for us to cover our first morning, gave local recommendations and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. We will definitely be back and can't wait!

The property was great for exploring with the dog. It was the perfect place for us to stay while we explored the Red River Gorge area. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to others who are looking for a secluded area where they can relax.

My husband, 2 and a half year old, dog, and I had a wonderful three nights stay at Grandma?s Farm House. I was most happy to see how clean everything was, but the setting and house are wonderful and relaxing. Natural Bridge State Park was a short drive away and was our favorite destination during our stay. But it was equally nice to wander around the property, sit around the fire pit at night, and rock in the porch in the morning.

My husband, son and I loved this house!! It is so adorable and cute and literally the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I didn't worry abouy my 10 month old crawling around the house because it was so perfectly cleaned. We also really enjoyed the privacy of being at the end of a lane with a huge yard that was surrounded by trees. The owner met us when we got there and gave us a tour of the house and showed us were everything was. We loved our stay and will definitely be renting this place again next time we go to Red River Gorge!

Beautifully restored farmhouse in the rolling hills surrounded by a cool view. We stayed there when hiking the Red River Gorge and Natural Land Bridge. It is about 20 mins from Natural Land Bridge, so a little further than some other options. I also see there is a great outfitter for climbing just up the road! This would be a great place to stay location wise for that! House is very clean, well kept, it's great to be able to make your own food. TV with multiple channels and some DVD's already there you can watch. You will love this charming home for your vacation!

Me and my wife stayed here during April of 2018. Upon arrival we met with the owner Angie, who gave us a wonderful walk through of the house and some brief history about the property. She also informed us of some local places to eat, shop and have food delivered. The house is one of a kind, on an amazing piece of land. We explored multiple wooded areas, found a river, a 50ft rock wall/cliff, multiple barns and storage areas. All around a wonderful experience. Is very secluded but will see some traffic. The owner is wonderful, very kind, even sent my things back via mail which I left behind. Would definitely recommend to any couple or group.

Very nice and clean home. If you are looking to get away, this is the perfect place! It is very far into the country with an enormous property to explore. The house has been renovated and decorated nicely. Everything is very clean. Bathroom and kitchen are well supplied. Washer and driver are there too. I could have sat the front porch all day! Kentucky Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge parks are about 25 minutes away. So if you are looking to hike and visit parks, but don't want to camp, this home is a nice option. Only downside for us was that no rooms in this house have doors on them (except bathroom). We had a baby with us. It would have been nice to have a closed room to put her in to block out other noise so she could sleep well. Really top notch overall!
