• Long Weekend in Sunny Oceanside

  We came to CA for a travel soccer tournament at the SoCal Sports Complex.

  This house was perfect! Only a few minutes from the fields and gave us room to spread out in a house rather than cram into a hotel room.

  The amenities were great and the house was well stocked for having meals in with a large group. Beds were okay, but could be better. Cleanliness was good except we had to clean out a fan that was filled with dust.

  Not having AC was also fine. Once windows opened it was a very comfortable temperature.

  The backyard and gazebo were the best!

  We would definitely consider staying here again!

  My extended family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely. Needs some cosmetic updates. The only issue that would make me not stay again in the summer is that there are no fans on the main floor and even with the whole house fan, it is uncomfortably warm in the middle of the day. Also, it is VERY difficult to haul all 6 of the garbage cans out down the sloped driveway to the steep road so I would encourage guests to be very careful. The property and accommodations are otherwise great for a large group!

• Perfect for family

  This house was great for an multi generation family vacation. The listing was spot on, and the house was exactly as we expected. The property is super clean and offers a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather. The kitchen was well stocked with mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots, pans, and plenty of plates. We would return if the situation presents its self.

  The property was well represented in the add. There was plenty of space for our multi generational get together. The back yard, fireplace, and two living areas were perfect. We invited extended family over for a cookout and smores. The weekend was enjoyed by all.A few problems we ran into were *ran out of propane gas for the grill. Luckily we were just finishing up with our cooking when the gas ran out.*3 out of the 6 beds were horribly uncomfortable. Two beds had memory foam mattresses that were hard. One mattress sunk in the middle. *the refrigerator leaked water. We had a towel on the floor in front of the refrigerator all weekend.

• Great house

  The house is was great for us. It was big for both families and we all had enough space. What was needed was more cooking stuff. No measuring cups or spoons. There was no mixing bowls so we had to buy one. There was one step that was a bit loose. Other than that it was a great house. Maybe just needs to little upkeep and more kitchen stuff so we can actually cook stuff.
