Sleep sofa is very uncomfortable. Floor between chest used for coffee table and sofa was dirty. Room was very hot and noisy with the windows open. Had to ask for a fan which did not come until the next day.

    Manager's Response:
Gail, thank you for your review. The owner of this property has asked us to pass along the following response:

"We are sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience, but we greatly
appreciate that you took the time to give feedback. We want to let you
know that we have a more comfortable memory foam mattress on the sofa sleeper. Also, on rare occasion, Breckenridge does get warm enough for A/C, but few condos or hotels in Breckenridge have it. We apologize if there wasn't a fan in the closet, as there used to be one. We will make sure to replace it. We have the carpets cleaned every spring, but unfortunately, sometimes guests can be messy. We did inspect this weekend and cleaned a few spots that we found on the carpet. Thanks again!"

This studio is in a great location at the base of Peak 9. I enjoyed the short walk to the Quicksilver lift in the morning, then immediate access to town in the afternoon and evenings...no need for a car or shuttle. What I hadn't realized is that the room has a great view of the ski area from Peak 10 at the left to Peak 6 at the right.

We love the Village at Breckenridge

    Comment:

We always rent studio condos in the Village each year, and have rented many. They are consistently well kept, with easy in and out access. This particular studio was well equipped and clean. The bathroom was large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint we have is the bed itself. The mattress was very lumpy, uneven, and uncomfortable. Pillows were also of a low quality. We did not sleep well any night there. We recommend updating/upgrading those. If thats done, we would definitely rent this apartment again.

    Upscale, comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very small, a tight fit for us and our 8-year-old. But the beds, including the pull-out, were very comfortable. And everything seems new. Perfect for skiing, as it's in the same building as Breck Store where we rented our skis, and the health club/hot tub/pool is also right downstairs. Just across the courtyard from the Quicksilver lift and ski school.

Room is super small. Not much room for snow gear. Hot tubs are limited to two and are full as other areas use same tubs. Sheets on bed are rough, pillows are uncomfortable. On the good side, it's not that expensive, The view of one part of the mountain isn't bad. Close to everything.
