Let Down
3/5 The listing is accurate as far as what you see is what u get. But the house is in desperate need of some TLC. Feels like it has not been rented in 6 months+. The area is to far from downtown and the neighborhood has nothing to offer as in food, drinks, ect. Pool needs a new lining. Couldn't or didn't want to use the pool because the next door neighbor decided to remove the privacy fence. That was no more the 3ft from the pool.

- We do courtesy checks with all our guests via text or phone calls during their stay. We wish you had let us know if you had any concerns so we could've resolved them immediately
- The home is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. We sweep and mop the floors, dust, and change the linens to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay
- New Orleans is known for having great places to eat - many within 10 minutes from our home! We also have pamphlets and magazines with great ideas for restaurants, bars, shopping, and more
- We ensure the pool is cleaned and well-maintained before each guest arrives. We encourage our guests to reach out if they have any questions regarding its usage
