Beautiful view of Senaca Lake. Many steps to gain access to the property anyone with mobility issues should not stay here. Amenities were a little less than expected. For $400 a night (off season) we expected a higher quality of linins, dishes and other items such as nice pillows. Bedroom number 4 is very small and not very comfortable for 2 people. Only 1 bedroom is handicapped accessible the others require stairs, some of which are curved and steep.

The property is just beautiful. You cannot beat it. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Close to everything you need. The management and owners were very kind and responsive. The water situation is a little problematic --- only one person to shower at a time / dishwasher load running at once. No hairdryers so be sure to bring your own. I would bring extra towels if I traveled back again. TVs are new with HDMI cables in case you want to bring your own Apple TV or Roku. Grill and hot tub worked like a charm. Would definitely return in the summer time.

The home was very nice and was right on the water with beautiful views from the deck. The home is very large but needs another bathroom, especially on the side they called the in-law quarters, and the air conditioner was not able to cool the house properly. The location cannot be beat for proximity to Geneva and the wineries. Highly recommend Ports Restaurant which is two miles away, but do not recommend the Belhurst Castle which is three miles away. We were a party of seven middle aged couples and had a wonderful extended weekend stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Harmony on Seneca Lake. The property has two kitchens (of which we only used one), four bedrooms, and three bathrooms; all of which were very clean and spacious (especially the master bedroom and great room with lake views). This property is absolutely amazing: from the lakefront (sunrise) views to the large game room complete with a TV, poker tables, pool table, and Foosball table, and many more. The location is very convenient as well. It is a 10 minute drive to the Geneva Wegmans and a 5-30 minute drive to MANY wineries. There is some grass between the house and the dock where we played Kan Jam and cornhole. The dock was very nice to sit and relax, either while reading or having a cup of coffee or wine. The water was remarkably clear most of the days, and it was still warm enough to go swimming, albeit being the first week in September. Checking out was very simple. We had to take out the trash and load the dishwasher, but not much else. The cleaners showed up right at 10 am, and were very nice. The only two minor negative comments were that: 1.) none of the bathrooms were directly connected to the bedrooms and 2.) the location of the fire pit wasn't ideal (it was right at the corner of the property by the lake, which was very nice, but only five or six people could sit by the fire in a semi-circle). Overall, this property was one of the better ones we have stayed in over the years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious location for multiple families. It comfortable sleeps at least 14 adults.

Loved this home! So much room for privacy if needed. Plenty of bathrooms for our party of 9. We had more than enough kitchen ware for cooking. Home was clean. We plan on booking again. The only thing I could think of is a bathroom in basement would be helpful. *This review was originally posted on VRBO for a stay in Oct-15
My brothers, sister and families rented this fun house the first week of July, 2016. We had a terrific time, there were plenty of beds, sheets, towels etc for all of us. We had between 11 and 13 folks staying there. We came prepared with paper products ( paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) which proved fortuitous, however there is plenty of kitchen ware for a group this size. We did have to call our contact to have the hot tub serviced and get a lesson on how best to use it, he came the next day. Our only complaints were the air conditioning, which wasn't a problem on the lower floor, but on the main floor at night, it never felt cool enough for us. However, this did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Maybe we can suggest a few more fans to get the air circulating in the rooms without the air conditioners. The only other note we would like to make is regarding the stairs. There are A LOT. OF STAIRS! There is a concrete stairway leading from the parking area to the house, with luggage and vacation baggage, we had quite a work- out before we got settled. Most of us didn't have a problem, but something to note for anyone unable to manage stairs, especially with luggage, etc. We appreciated how quickly our needs were met when we made a call. All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend it. *This review was originally posted on VRBO for a stay in Jul-16
Our group of two families shared this sprawling home on the west side of Seneca Lake. There are many wonderful factors to consider including spectacular views, a lovely large dock, fire pit, hot tub, comfortable beds, sufficient bathrooms, great location close to the city of Geneva, wonderful location for Wine Tasting, plenty of room to spread out and a kitchen large enough to prepare meals for four 4 adults and 5 teens. The only small issues we had were that a few of the rooms became very hot during a warm week in July. There is air conditioning but it's not fully central air so a few rooms tend to be warm. I'd recommend bringing extra fans to help circulate the air if your temps are going to be in the high 80s or above. I would also recommend adding some items such as large serving bowls and wooden spoons for those families that wish to cook in more often, we were lacking some basic cooking tools. Overall it was a fabulous stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for a large group. The sunrises are something to behold and worth the early rise! Seneca Lake is one of NY's gems for sure! *This review was originally posted on VRBO for a stay in Jul-16
