  Loved the house! Plenty of room for 4 adults and then some. Out in the country but close enough to Taos for dinner etc. It is down a gravel road, and you would need AWD or 4WD in snowy weather.

  The house and outdoor space is so comfortable, clean and inviting. We were so pleased with the space...we were sad to say goodbye to our pueblo. Outdoor fireplace and sitting area were ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

  House is fully stocked to cook meals.

• Overall nice house but not comfortable

  We're a group of 5 men, and had a good stay, so I'll start with the positives. The house itself was nice, and there is a lot of privacy, but the location is very confusing to get to, so make sure you have cell service. Each of us got lost at least once. The master bedroom is open to the rest of the house, so no sleeping in. We found the previous tenant's full trash bag in the courtyard. There was a dead mouse floating in the main toilet. The house has no extra blankets. All of the beds are old, loud and creaky. The kitchen had no paper towels, and the ice maker could not keep up. The listing shows a huge stack of firewood, but there's none. We went to cook on the grill, but the cylinder was empty. To sum up, this house was meant only for renting out, not for living in it, so there were many things that fell short as far as comfort. We will not stay here again.

  - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay but disappointed to hear your stay did not meet your full expectations and would like to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We're sorry to hear you had some trouble finding our location. Our home is located in a rural location, and set on 10 acres in an exclusive subdivision, we do provide our guests with very specific driving instructions, and if followed carefully, the home can be found without issue.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, including the open plan of the master bedroom, but we're sorry if you missed this when making your reservation.
  - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's stay, so we were surprised to hear your comment about the previous guest's trash being left behind. We will follow up with our cleaning service to ensure they pay closer attention to detail so future guests do not share the same experience. In addition, we will follow up to ensure that extra blankets and paper towels are provided for guest use.
  - We have never had this complaint or issue before, due to the location of the home if the door is left open a mouse could have made its way into the home, we will further investigate this concern.
  - We were surprised to hear you found the beds uncomfortable, old, and creaky, we've not had this complaint before and have stayed at the property ourselves and found them to be very comfortable, but we're sorry if they were not to your preferences.
  - The refrigerator is fairly new and has always produced plenty of ice, but we're sorry to hear that it wasn't able to keep up with your demand.
  - We hope that the measures taken by ourselves made up for any inconveniences you may have encountered during your stay.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Friends Get Away

  We were five friends who haven't seen each other for awhile. We enjoyed just hanging out with each other in a wonderful home. Cooking, eating, remembering old times!!
