A nice beach getaway.
3/5 We really enjoyed the outside deck with the view of the waterway. There was plenty of seating for our group of six. The walk to the beach was very manageable. We had looked forward to using the outside shower, but there was no hot water in it.
Inside there was plenty of room for us to spread out, and we appreciated the size and appearance of the kitchen. I had hoped to cook more, but the cooking supplies were not adequate. It needs more pots, pans, baking dishes, and measuring cups. There were none.

- We're delighted to know that you enjoyed the outdoor deck and that your stay was generally pleasant.
- Regarding the outdoor shower, it provides cold water only. However, on sunny days, a black water hose can be used to supply hot water.
- To make cooking more convenient, there are measuring devices in the drawer beside the stove, and a complete set of cooking pans is available in the bottom cabinet and the bottom drawer of the stove.

Great place for a girls weekend away
5/5 We had a great girls weekend away. The house was in a great quiet location with close beach access. You’re close enough to town but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Convenient and roomy but not very clean
3/5 The property was an easy walk across the street to the beach with access to a very pretty, not super crowded space on the sand. The house had plenty of room but was not especially clean. The refrigerator was very dirty, the shower and curtain in the bathrooms were molded, there was a lot of dust, and windows didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a while. The furnishings and decor were very dated and the house smelled strongly of moth balls. There was a dirty dog kennel downstairs and a rusty grill that was not clean enough to use downstairs as well. This could be a great home but needs a lot of TLC.
