  Great location, decent value. Broken recliner. One of those remote recliners from 1980. Suggest not trying to fix it, as there's old food underneath it. Plenty of bugs to kill when you're bored. Tv is almost impossible to watch, as it goes out of focus constantly.

  Even tho there's s $200 cleaning fee, I'm not sure the place gets anything more than laundry done after visits. Still a decent value, as the location across the street from magic sands is awesome.

  Beds are very comfortable. Showers and laundry are great. Ample dishes, although most silverware had old food on it.

• The most convenient place around Kona

  White Sand Beach apartment complex is IMHO the most convenient place around Kona. It is close to everything- shops and restaurants, beach is across the road, harbor with manta ray dives and other activities is 5 minutes away.

  Apartment has 2 full bathrooms and washer and drier ~ makes family vacation very easy.

  Apartment complex has pool, BBQ area (tennis courts are under repair this year).

  This particular unit had everything that we needed, it was super clean with recently updated kitchen. My family enjoyed the stay - thank you!

• Be aware no A/C

  The location was great. The pool was good it was clean. Unfortunately we were not told that there was no AC. They have a lock on the AC control. Extremely hot and uncomfortable. Would not stay there again due to the AC not available. It’s not that they don’t have it in the condo. They just don’t allow you to use it. They also might want to change the lock System on the front door it only works randomly.. The TV in the master bedroom does not work as well. They give you the remotes but there’s no cable box or anything hooked up to it. For the money we could’ve stayed in a nice air condition hotel

  Evolve was very easy to work with. We were worried because of all the bad reviews. So, we called Evolve and they answered all our questions. We received

  our itinerary exactly as planned. We received the contact info. They answered the phone and our questions prior to the trip. The trip was seamless and exactly what we wanted. I would defiantly book again with Evolve. The condo was great, fully stocked. Very welcoming.

• Feel like home

  I chose this vaca rental is mainly because the location and that's an absolutely right decision. Since 6am in the morning, I've seen people in the water of white sands beach until sunset. It's a very popular beach for body surfing and fine sands for kids play and it's just across the street from this unit! It's also not too far from Kona center town to get food, drink or shopping.

  Community pool/spa is great; tennis court is a bit off shape but we got to hit some balls. The unit is fully equipped from kitchen to laundry. You can see the ocean from balcony and sleep with the sound of wave. Though no AC in unit, fan is good enough with balcony door open.
