The ground-level unit is built into a beautiful brick house that rests on an acre of scenic Tennessee woodland, with Dry Branch Creek running through the front yard. A large, green yard, back pergola, 1,200 square feet of living space and easy to downtown Nashville provides your ideal getaway to the ‘Music City’ area!

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds | Additional Sleeping: Queen Sleeper Sofa

Running creek waters, a long driveway and views of the surrounding woods welcome you to your home-away-from-home, as you approach the unit from its back patio entrance.

Step inside and follow the hallway, past the in-unit laundry machines, and enter the home’s inviting open-concept living space.

You’ll love preparing tasty, home-cooked meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Large granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances provide everything you’ll need to experiment with new recipes! You can even choose to give yourselves a break from cooking in the mornings with free breakfast provided by the homeowner.

Move your freshly prepared goods to the dinette table that seats 4, and sit down to share a casual dining experience and lively conversation with your travel partners!

The kitchen and dinette flow freely into the comfortable living room, where a loveseat and sofa face a mounted 60-inch flat screen cable TV. Unwind after your daily adventures and catch up on your favorite programming!

This home’s beautiful landscape presents a unique opportunity to enjoy the outdoors right on the property. Deer and turkey roam in the backyard wooded hills, you can observe ducks, kingfishers and snakes as well as the fish in the creek, and there is a volleyball net in the backyard for some recreational fun.

Retreat inside after a fun-filled day and drift to sleep in one of the cozy bedrooms. One bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds, perfect for younger travelers, while the other bedrooms boasts a queen-sized bed and a large closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options.

Wake up after your peaceful slumbers and start your morning with a refreshing shower to prepare for another exciting day!

While this home offers a secluded feeling nestled against the woods, shopping and dining opportunities in Brentwood are still nearby. Cool Springs Galleria Mall is just 5 minutes away! When you’re not enjoying home-cooked meals, treat yourself to Mexican fare at Sopapilla’s or Southern cuisine at Mack & Kate’s Cafe, both just a few minutes away.

However, you will mostly appreciate this home for its proximity to downtown Nashville, just a 15-minute drive away. On your way into the ‘Music City,’ stop at Radnor Lake State Park, where you can hike on designated trails and explore opportunities for waterfront recreation on the lake.

Just a little further down the interstate from Radnor State Park, you’ll find Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, an ideal activity if you’re traveling with children. The zoo hosts multiple habitats and an array of animals.

There are many sights to see once you’re in downtown Nashville. Tour the Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ol’ Opry Theatre, check out the Lane Motor Museum and witness the famous Parthenon replica. Enjoy an exciting Tennessee Titans NFL Football game in the fall, then have a night out and see a live-music show at the Ryman Auditorium.

This place was great! The Queen bed was amazingly comfortable! The bathrooms had little shampoo and conditioners which came in hand. I loved that there was juice and milk in the fridge with cereal and oatmeal. Me and my friends had a great time :) Thanks so much

    A slight misrepresentation

There were some positives to the property as well as negatives. It is important to note that this is a basement 2 bedroom apartment with no windows. You have to enter through a garage and the smell in the garage is overpowering of spicy food. Once you enter the apartment, the smell is not as pungent. The owner lives upstairs so you can hear people walking. There is a dry creek in front of the house but by no means is this a waterfront property. The backyard is available to you but we chose not use it since you can?t drink alcohol outside the unit and suitable chairs were not provided. The apartment is spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. The queen bed is very comfortable but squeaks when you move around. The bathroom could use some hooks for hanging towels and vanity table for extra counter space. A tissue box would be nice as we ran out of toilet paper on our last day. There was only 1 extra roll but when you use toilet paper to blow your nose, it runs out quickly. Lastly, more hangers would be useful for longer stays. Cereal, coffee, milk and orange juice were provided. Nice touch. Don?t expect a free breakfast as you would get at a Holiday Inn Express or Hilton Garden Inn. We felt there were too many rules for our taste and would probably not book this place again. However, the location is great if you want to explore more than just downtown.

    Manager's Response:
Mireya, thank you for your review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed the wonderful location of this property, however, we apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We have shared your feedback with the homeowner for further consideration. Unfortunately, before your arrival, the creek in the front of the property dried up for the first time in many years due to an extremely hot summer. However, it's flowing again with the arrival of fall, and we are confident this will not be an issue for future travelers. This homeowner strives to provide every guest with a comfortable stay, and they have purchased tissue boxes and replaced the hangers upon reading your review. Usually, they do not face any problems with food aromas entering the garage, however, they have listened to your feedback and will be more careful going forward. This homeowner is known for their 5-star service, and we are excited to continue helping them host many happy guests! Thank you again. Best, the Evolve Team

Great location and price point. The host is easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. There is a family upstairs so you can hear people moving around in the morning but it wasn’t too loud and we expected it! Would rent again.

My friend and I had a enjoyable time. The couch was so comfortable, I fell asleep on it. Saturday night, my friend had to watch Alabama football but we couldn?t figure out the smart tv. We called the owner and within a few minutes his 14 yeast old and his Dad were right down. Watched Alabama Win! Thank you again for a relaxing weekend. God bless.

    Clean and adequately supplied.

This is a garage apartment and was very clean with a nice kitchen and furnishings, although sparsely decorated so lacked a cozy feel. The owners provided a few items for breakfast like milk and juice. There were other little amenities like soap and shampoo, which was nice. There were crisp towels and the beds were adequate, however, the queen bed did not have a mattress pad, which I feel is necessary for cleanliness and comfort. We never actually met the owners and they only communicated via text message a few hours before our check-in time. I had sent multiple emails prior to our stay with questions regarding the area and a request to see if we could come a day earlier if available. The only listed mode of communication was the email listed on VRBO but apparently this is not a working address. I was nervous that I would get all the way to Nashville and find their place not available to us because I had not heard anything from the owners, ever, prior to our stay. So, I give it a 3 stars because communication was lacking.

    Manager's Response:
We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but we do apologize for the frustration caused by issues with communication. We send all guests a pre-stay email 15 days before arrival with all of the contact information needed, check-in instructions and other relevant information, but we apologize if you did not receive it! Manager's Response:
Hi Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the issues that arose during your trip. We take feedback from our guests very seriously. The pre-stay email sent out two weeks prior to arrival outlined that you cannot drink outside of the property, but we apologize this was not brought to your attention. We stayed for 3 nights enjoying all the hospitality we could imagine. Hosts are right there in case of need but keep away to give us complete privacy in every respect. It was so nice to have cable TV to catch up on soap operas and watch some world news to keep track. The high-speed internet helped me do some official work too while on vacation. We visited Nashville for the graduation of my son and stayed at this location. We were impressed with the hospitality of owner Mr.Emkay and his family. Since owner stays adjacent to the property, he's easily accessible for any help or advice 24/7. The night after the graduation dinner my wife had some stomach discomfort. We ran into Mr.Emkay as he returned from his job at same time. After usual greetings, when he learned about my wife's discomfort, he immediately grabbed some pills from his home and gave it to my wife. Thankfully we could sleep peacefully. Being a professional Pharmacist he's right there for all your health tips and advice. The location really is as described, fortunately one of the days of our stay it was raining and clouds looked like touching trees on the hill in the back yard. With fresh rain water, the creek in the front was overflowing. Evenings we used to just sit in the backyard and enjoy the serene environs. At the end of the day when we get back to bed, we had all that's needed for comfort. It's so professionally clean and nicely stocked with all the essentials we could imagine.we would absolutely come back to this property again even though we might be passing through Nashville for any reason
