Great stay at Treasure Island
5/5 The unit was great, clean, bright, very welcoming. It had everything needed to have a very comfortable stay in the unit as well as 2 bikes and beach necessities in the garage on lower level. Another big plus is location, it is located in a very quiet residential setting, very friendly neighbors, but just a few minute walk, bike ride or by vehicle you are on Gulf Boulevard to experience all that Treasure Island has to offer. We have been spending vacation time in the Treasure Island area for close to 30 years and this property is at the top of our list of favorites. Lastly Mark, the owner, was very nice he made sure we had contact information if needed and seemed genuinely happy that we enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Tiki Townhouse, and are hoping to return in the future.
Great vacation
5/5 Stayed the second year at the condo. Mark and evolve were great in resolving any issues. Always available to answer out questions. Neighbors were friendly with the beach close by. Had a great time with friends and family. Thanks Mark and Evolve for a great vacation.

5/5 Nice location with friendly neighbors. It’s in a safe secure area.Only a short walk to the heated swimming pool. There are two nicely appointed beach bikes for use but we brought our own. Owner was very accommodating and resolved some minor problems promptly.
