3/5 Overall compared to other rentals I have had, this one was middle of the road. Management team was responsive to the one request I had so 5 stars for that. Property was a little tired compared to others for the same money. Overall it gets the job done. One thing that brought the rating down a star was the neighbor had a rooster in their back yard that would start crowing at 6:00 am and then again at 9:00 am and random throughout the day. This is a very residential area, not some rural area or next to a horse ranch. Didn't pay the money to be next to a farm. LOL
Great base camp for a golf weekend!
4/5 The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfectly placed for a golf weekend. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The back patio had plenty of seating that was nice for debriefing the days activities. The pool looked great but we stayed away from the hot tub. The house manager was super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was ok. If we come back to the area, we’ll definitely book again!

3/5 Overall the house and pool were nice. There are some cosmetic defects that didnt bother me but may bother other people. The kitchen was not well stocked, there was only one plastic spatula and one plastic spoon, and the skillets were scraped up probably because a previous renter had to resort to using metal utensils. The hot tub was dirty and there was no filter in place which we did not realize until the last night there. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and neighbors are friendly. A short drive to the Arizona boardwalk which was a lot of fun.
Comfortable house in Scottsdale.
4/5 The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard, swimming pool, and hot tub lacked proper maintenance. Other than a few quirks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the property manager was excellent!

Good location but needs maintenance
4/5 Location is very good, about 5 minutes from Pima Highway and retail stores. Property is looking dated. Pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. Nothing major but looking tired. Outside needs a lot of maintenance, again everything did work.
