  Needs better cleaning - window / blinds above kitchen sink, front of cupboards in kitchen were filthy, leftover socks under bed and hair ties in bathroom from previous guests. I left it cleaner than arrived. Allotted 1 roll of paper towels during stay, with plastic bag of 4 dishwasher packs, 2 kitchen towels, and no kitchen scissors, pizza cutter, WINE GLASSES or tuber ware. The propane tanks may be empty depending if a guest has filled them. Not a premium cabin but a premium price. Three had propane, there is 4 total, for grill, fire pit, and two outdoor heaters, so be prepared to buy propane.

  - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have had during your stay and as we state in our welcoming email, we are just a text or call away if there is anything missing or needs to be added. We apologize for any oversight and will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
  - Regarding the amenities, we make efforts to provide a well-stocked kitchen with various utensils and items, including kitchen towels and trash bags. We aim to cater to our guest's needs and offer a wide range of glassware for various preferences. However, items like pizza cutters, or kitchen scissors are not part of our inventory. We will gladly add them now.
  - In regard to the propane tanks, we provide 4 for guests' convenience, but it is up to the guests to add propane to the tanks as much and as many as they want. We also provide this information in the check-in instruction email provided to each guest, but we're sorry if you missed this.
  - Again, we sincerely apologize if there was any oversight on our part and for any inconvenience caused during your stay. We always strive to provide a comfortable experience and encourage guests to reach out to us for any assistance or additional items they may require during their visit.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The property is as described. Family enjoyed it, kids loved the stairs (there’s a lot of them!). Communication with the property manager was incredibly easy.

  We had a great time during our stay. The kids and grown-ups really enjoyed the game room. Definitely a plus! The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups. Stuff is randomly organized in drawers, but that's typical of rentals since no one remembers which drawer they took things from. Beds were comfortable enough, hot tub was clean, bathrooms were stocked. It is a good place to stay. Our only complaints were that it was a little dirty when we arrived with crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, candy wrappers in the bunk bed room, and some cobwebs in the common area. Also the wide lense photos on the listing gave this property a much larger feel than it actually is, which was disappointing, but we made it work. The owners were very welcoming and quick to respond to our texts and gave the vibe that they genuinely cared about our happiness. Thank you for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
