Wonderful old home with modern upgrades
4/5 We enjoyed our three day stay. The house has so much charm and character. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The house is a lot larger than it appears. The location is convenient to the major sites in Toledo.

A Germ of a Place
5/5 We were so happy with this rental. The owners were outstanding. The house was very clean and well equipped. All we needed to do is bring in some food, relax and enjoy the place. I highly recommend the rental.

Big property
3/5 Kim was accommodating and flexible. The house was big, it has beautiful scenery, and the sunroom and kitchen have been renovated and they look really good. The rest of the house looks okay, and better on the pics of the posting. On the other hand, the AC is not the best on the main floor, it felt warm inside and uncomfortable for me even with all the fans on. I also don’t appreciate that Kim did not follow through on something we talked about.

- We're sorry for any inconvenience with the A/C during your stay. It was serviced after your departure so future guests do not have the same experience. Additionally, we've found that keeping the sunroom curtains closed in the morning helps to keep the home more cool during the hot summer temperatures.
