  • Great Condo for the price

    Very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The internet is extremely slow/spotty but did not bother us because we were there for the snow/skiing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

  • Great time but repairs needed

    The condo was as expected. It was perfect for us (family of 4) and we had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay again, but there were some repairs needed, which is why I am not giving the property a full 5 stars. The layout is great, very spacious with absolutely beautiful views. It was very clean and stocked with very nice touches. The first problem was the wifi kept going out. I restarted the modem after consulting the property contact at least 10 times over our 4 night stay. Second the pass code to the pool area was wrong. Luckily the attendant at the community building gave me the correct code. When I mentioned it to the property contact, he seemed un-phased and said he must have transposed the numbers. The downstairs bathroom shower/tub combo leaked water from all the fixtures such that the shower, temperature knobs and tub spout were all spraying/pouring water. The valve knob that transitions the tub water to shower did not work, and was stuck somewhere between tub and shower. It was in need of major repair. Also the stopper on the tub was missing. This all resulted in my children not being able to bath in that bathroom. Lastly the jetted tub upstairs worked great, but had not been run through with bleach or cleaner, so when my husband used it, a significant amount of algae/bacteria residue, brown in color came out. All of these concerns were relayed to the property contact. We really did enjoy ourselves despite these issues, and hope the repairs get made so we can come back and stay again. FYI this property is about 1 mile from Purgatory resort, and 30 minutes from Durango. There are no restaurants or grocery stores close so plan food/snacks and meals accordingly, especially if there is heavy snow.

    Great place to stay close to Purgatory. Bed setup was good with two twins for older teens. Showers where hot with good water pressure. Covered parking was a plus. Would recommend others to stay as well.
