We stayed for 6 nights in early March while it was still snowing. The place is warm, cosy and comfortable. Kitchen has everything one would need to make small meals. Overall a great stay!

Cozy place and a great location. The accommodations were lovely. Would have been nice if there was an iron and some cleaning supplies handy to wipe the counters. Other than those tiny details it's a great place.

Nice place, but small. Could make it better if items addressed are take care of.

Manager's Response: Hi Leanne, Thank you for letting us know how we can improve the condo and the experience of our guests. The homeowner has fixed the tub stopper and placed the new informational sheet on the fridge so that it is easily visible. They are also working on replacing the batteries and the pool towels in the unit. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to travel with you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team
Overall, the property was just what we wanted. Evolve people tried to talk us into using a different place because of a noisy fridge, there was no noise in the fridge, it worked fine. However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like it's shaking itself to death, and when the cooling fan in bedroom was turned on, a pound of dust bunnies was thrown around and onto the bed and floor, and upon leaving, we couldn't get the loaded dish washer to function. The cable monstrosity behind the television is really appalling. there was no remote for the Sony dvd player. So, some small things made us unhappy, but we worked thru it. If the occasion arises again, would be happy to stay in this unit. The property manager was in Singapor but answered our questions on codes to open closet and laundry room. Nice place.

I was really impressed by the effort put into upgrading this place. It?s small but the space is maximized so that we felt comfortable and enjoyed hanging out there. I like to cook, and the kitchen was very nice with plenty of pans, dishware, and a nice fridge. In my experience, these items are generally cobbled together but not here. This condo is in an older complex, and I was worried about noise but all of the neighbors were respectful of the quiet hours and were very considerate. That surprised me given that it?s a vacation spot. I also loved the location on a creek with trails leading from the complex for hiking, mountain biking, and walking the dog. A picnic table on a shaded lawn was right outside the door by the creek. We enjoyed sitting there in the evening. In sum, we had a great experience.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this condo at the price it is listed at. For the amount we paid for this weekend it was unacceptable to me that the cleaning done prior to our arrival was limited. The floors were dirty and had stains, the dishes were still in the dishwasher and must have been for some time because they smelled from sitting there; had to rewash them, and there was also no hand soap in the bathroom. If we had paid less, some of this would have been a bit more acceptable. Some positives: Cute decor Easy check in/out Good for dogs Comfy bed

Katie, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered and we appreciate your feedback. Here at Evolve cleanliness is one of our 4 Core Property Standards, so we take your feedback very seriously. We've shared your comments with the homeowner who assured us this was an isolated incident and he has worked with his cleaner to ensure that it does not recur. Thanks again for letting us know. Best, the Evolve Team
We enjoyed our holiday in this remodeled condo in Hi Country Haus. The unit has been updated with high-end finishes, and the kitchen is amazing. We were able to walk to the new Winter Park grocery store and cook full meals. We were also able to walk to the Arapaho National Forest trails from the condo - just a short hike behind the complex and up the Rendezvous streets. The owner was very responsive both by phone and email when we had questions. We wish there would have been a book of information on the features in the unit (including info on the wifi and using the fireplace.) Also, through no fault of the owner, but important to note for future renters, the walls are thin so noisy next door or upstairs neighbors can be heard.
