Even with the pictures and description, this place far exceeded our expectations. It was great, absolutely great! Very spacious, clean and lots of things we loved, including parking for me and my sisters car, washer and dryer, dafe and quiet neighborhood, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, close to a grocery store and Zion and local places maps and info. Me and my sister both have young families of 3 (my son is 3 and his daughter is 7months) and we found this place perfect! It was especially nice being practically walking distance to a great coffee shop and a Davis grocery store. We are looking forward to the next time we can come out to stay here again. My and my sisters family loved it!

In addition to being a warm, gracious hostess, she gave us excellent information and advice. The government shutdown started the day before we arrived, and we were worried it would ruin our vacation. But Sunny supplied us with invaluable information regarding Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other activities in the area. She knew exactly what services and amenities were available to us during the shutdown, and printed the weather for the duration of our stay, and she marked off which hikes she recommended, and which were closed. From the moment we met Sunny, we knew our vacation was off to a great start. She was very approachable, and reachable if we had any questions. The house is located 27 minutes away from Zion National Park, and it is a scenic drive there. It is in a peaceful neighborhood, near a large grocery store, and close to Springdale, which has great restaurants, and is on the way to Zion. There is a grocery store (Davis Food & Drug) and gas stations within walking distance. Zion is around 25 mins drive and Kolob canyon area is around 15-20 mins drive. Our host Sunny was also a very nice lady. She ensured that the house was well prepared before arrival, turned on the A/C before we actually arrived, so that the house remains cool. We are overall happy with the stay. As mentioned in other comments, host was very helpful. The house is very clean.

Just one point, if you are expecting for TV entertainment, no channels available. Few documentary movies are available.

    Perfect location!

For our trip we were planning on spending most of it in Zion, so I chose this place based on location and it was PERFECT! It was 20 minutes from Zion and then 20 minutes from St. George and all the options there. There was a wonderful coffee shop right across the street and a gas station as well as grocery store right down the street. Everything you could possibly need was so close. The house was SO CLEAN and stocked pretty well. We were able to cook a couple meals and have what we needed. We worked directly with Sunny and she was so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back! My only complaint was that the fees were relatively high compared to other places, but after staying here, I would pay them again. It was well worth it!

We had an awesome time during our stay. The house is 20 minutes from Zion, however, we truly enjoyed that, as it got us out of the Zion traffic. I can't say enough about Sunny, she is such a joy to work with! We arrived very late and Sunny went to the house ahead of time to leave welcome gifts and turn the beds down for us. !! She also provided maps and printed information on Zion and the surrendering area. We will most definitely check availability with Sunny on our next trip to Zion. Keep up the good work! Kim and Scott

The house is really cute and has been furnished with many amenities for you to use during your stay. From shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and coffee filters. On top of that, I was personally greeted by the owner who also provided me with fresh fruit, sparking grape juice, a couple of magnets from Zion, AND a hand written personalized note welcoming me. The house is conveniently located to Zion. It's a 20 minute drive on one road located directly off the residential street where house is located. Another plus is that Sunny volunteers at the park and has a plethora of useful information. I will definitely stay here again the next chance I get to visit!

We sure enjoyed our time at Sunny's home. Everything we needed was there and the location was great. The home was well stocked and clean. Not in Springdale, but that turned out to be a blessing as it was quiet and uncrowded...a nice respite from the Zion crowds. Sunny is a volunteer ranger at Zion and had great insight on how to plan our day to see the best sights. It was definitely helpful! She also gave us some tips on the Jr. Ranger program for our kids, and even had a movie on Zion (that is the same movie that's played in the park). It was helpful to watch that before visiting. Overall, we give this place 5 stars for the quiet location, expert advice, close proximity to parks/grocery store/gas/coffee shop.

    Gracious Host

Our host Sunny was very kind and accommodating. We had a late arrival so she turned on lights and left a basket of fresh fruit, beverage, and a note of welcome. The kitchen was well equipped. There were many guide books, pamphlets, on all the nearby attractions as well as DVD's from Zion. Perfect location between Zions and St George. There is no cable but great wifi so bring a roku, laptop, or tablet to hook up to it if you want to watch anything or DVDs since there is a DVD player. Very clean, beds are very firm but host is addressing that concern. We would definitely stay here again.
