The location was great, and the house super nice and cozy. Had both gas grill and a charcoal grill, which was great! It was a nice stay One thing that we weren't expecting was the additional gate fee. In the house guide, it says $25 for parking. However, we had to pay an additional $30 for the gate fee.

Beware there is a gate pass fee that they don’t tell you until you get the place which is per car, if a guest decides to cancel you will not be reimburse. Place has dart board but no darts which was a bummer. The place is super cute and enjoyed the house.

    Manager's Response:
Hi Felicia, We were sorry to hear of your frustrations with the parking pass! We do note in the informational email we send each traveler before their stay that these passes must be purchased for a fee from the Arrowhead Lake Community, and not through Evolve. We do apologize for any confusion, and would like thank you for giving us the opportunity to come to a resolution. We are glad that you enjoyed the home, and look forward to hosting you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team

Cozy place for a cozy weekend!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here with a couple and their son (both babies). The place was perfect - easy to get to and located in a nice little community. We went when it was freezing but the summer community options sound like they would be a blast. We had plenty of wood to make cozy fires and a beautiful dining table to eat and play games on. The kitchen was great for making group meals. We were able to contact the owner with no problem, which is always comforting. This house was a great hang out house (it was too cold to do much outside) and we would be thrilled to stay again in the summer with more outdoor activities.
