Beautiful house with amazing mountain views and sunsets, with great outdoor spaces to enjoy them from. Convenient to Tonto National Forest trail access.

You will love it :)

If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect property. Entrancing views from every side. The photos don't do it justice. If you are planning on traveling in and out of the city however, you will need to consider the distance. Even so, it was truly a spa like experience.

The house itself is a little difficult to find but not Terrible, unbelievable views, with the negative edge pool, check in was a breeze! I was able to check in @900am because of an early flight into Arizona. The conceirage was always easy to contact if you have questions. The house is big enough to accommodate 8 people with no problem, whisper quiet all day only wildlife, one neighborhood to the left of the house the other neighbors are spaced out. Will go back again!!

Loved staying here! My family of 4 (two teens) enjoyed relaxing on the back patio, campfires, and watching the sunset. The pool was a bit chilly for swimming but when we got hot enough we jumped in! The house is huge and has everything you need. We loved drinking coffee on the front porch each morning and watching the wildlife. Pure desert oasis! We also hiked the Granite Mountain trail just a few minute drive from the house.

Loved the home; everything was great. The location was a little remote, making trips to store and restaurant a bit of a hike, but ok. If you are looking for a very nice, spacious home with great views that is off the beaten path, this place will not disappoint.

The location of this home is amazing. The pictures don’t really do it justice. As long as you’re willing to travel 20-30 minutes to get just about anywhere, this is spectacular. There are neighbors around, though you can barely see them from inside the house. The place is in really good condition. There are more than a few access points to the nature preserve that the house almost backs up to, so if you’re looking for a scenic walk outside it’s close.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting. Great for family gatherings. Guest beds could be bigger.

This home is immaculate and in perfect condition. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes, and this was our favorite. It was clean, orderly, and the home itself is spacious and well cared for. We loved the kitchen - really easy to cook and very well stocked with pots, pans, and everything was easy to find - and the layout of the house is great for a family. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we used the fire pit and enjoyed the grill and the views. The master suite and bathroom are enormous and the upstairs bathrooms have their own bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large family and we would definitely stay here again. Only note of caution is that it is off a dirt road and it's further away than we had originally thought. (The location we received when we inquired and mapped it was actually 10-15 mins off what we thought). We didn't mind it, because we liked being in a remote setting, and we were just visiting family nearby and not going to downtown that often. But it's just something to be aware of if that may be a problem for you.
Very quiet location even though there are a lot of homes in the area. Very close to the Sonoran Preserve which is loaded with miles of trails for hikers and bikers and horseback riders. Only 45 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. The views of the mountains from the kitchen window and the patio were exquisite. We had a great stay for eight beautiful days.

This home was absolutely beautiful and spacious! Very clean and well maintained. Our concierge Maureen was very helpful in answering our questions and providing suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. The desert views are stunning and it was so nice to be ?out there? and away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Yes, you will have to drive a bit to go places but the scenery is amazing and places are not really that far. There is a Safeway for groceries about 30 minutes away as well as restaurants, gas, Walgreens etc. The kitchen is very large and well stocked for cooking meals at home. Plenty of seating for eating your meals as well. The living room also is very large with plenty of seating for everyone. Sleeping for 8 was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a queen bed in addition to the king for families such as ours that travel together. The twin beds are nice for the kids but not so much for the adults. The pool was large enough for the seven of us to cool off in the 110 degree summer temps we experienced. We spent many hours out there each day either on the covered patio or in the pool. Hiking trails are as close as 5-10 minutes drive. You can also drive further for more moderate trails. Tom?s Thumb is a great moderate trail to hike-loved the view from the top! We took a day trip to Sedona which was about a 2 hour and 15 minute ride-very scenic. We also took a Pink Jeep tour out of Sedona to the Grand Canyon-our guide Becca was so informative throughout the trip-a must see. We also did a 4 hour guided trip into the Sonoran desert on Desert Wolf Tom cars which was so much fun-we highly recommend this if you like off-roading. You can also catch some live bull riding at Buffalo Chips in nearby Cave Creek. If you are brave enough, you can even take a turn riding their mechanical bull-good times. I can?t stress enough how relaxing is was to spend a week in this home. We watched the sun rise every morning while enjoying coffee on the front porch. We quickly learned that if you get up a little early you can watch and listen to the great horned owls hooting back and forth from the rooftops-so beautiful. And if you get up just a hair earlier you might catch the coyotes howling and even catch a glimpse of one! We highly recommend this home if you enjoy nature and are looking to have a truly relaxing and comfortable time away from home. We would love to come back sometime during the cooler months!

The home is very lovely and room for all. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen so spacious and the pool was fun for all. We flew down for my grandson's graduation and we were only 3 miles from my oldest daughters new home. They had just moved in and weren't unpacked yet so it was very convenient for us to host the graduation celebration. There were smores tucked in the pantry and plenty of pots. pans and utensils for barbecuing. We would love to visit there again!!!

Our family spent three weeks at this awesome home, looking for a respite from winter in the Midwest and it did not disappoint. The views from the property are stunning, generally seen in brilliant sunshine, and the house situated perfectly to enjoy them. The house is bright, spacious, immaculate and was extremely comfortable with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen is large and a pleasure to work in, lots of space for everyone who wants to hang out there…as most did. It was a little chilly to swim (early March) but the sparkling pool and patio are lovely and there are plenty of comfortable chairs for reading or chatting in the sun. We used the firepit every night at cocktail time while watching glorious sunsets…….and the early-birds in the house saw equally beautiful sunrises each morning. The park system is outstanding and if you like to hike or bike you can’t do better. We hit different trails each day but kept coming back to Granite Mountain in our own backyard, which you can access from the house without ever getting in the car. Tom’s Thumb, nearby, is also great. Walking the neighborhood was good fun too…..the kids really liked feeding the local horses. The owners are terrific and responded immediately to any questions and had great suggestions for just about anything we wanted to do. Important to know the house is a little remote……but that is part of its beauty. We found it easy to stock the house with groceries and keep a list going so one of us could restock while out. The pantry is huge and has more than enough room for everything you’d want to store. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a beautiful, serene getaway in a gorgeous setting.
We loved the pool and the view! Everyone was excited to get back to the house to relax after our work conference. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a stunning remote property with beautiful desert views (the sunrise was gorgeous). The remoteness offers solitude and peace. I was able to enjoy my yoga practice each morning--either by the pool or in the desert. My group was disappointed that there was only ONE TV in the house. The pool was not heated and for an April visit--the water was too cold to really enjoy this feature. You are near several top-tier golf courses. And you're about 20+ minutes to nearest restaurants/stores. The directions on the listing and those via our GPS did not take us to the property. This house is on a dead-end dirt road off several other dirt roads. But, we eventually found it.

What a marvelous place. It was a ways out from things but that was just what we wanted. There was lots of room , fabulous views of the mountains, well appointed kitchen and delightful pool/patio area. Many great trails and hiking spots near by. Management team was excellent, efficient and friendly.

House had all we needed

Beautiful location, house was the right size for the right price. The only thing that the renter should be aware of is that the house in not physically in North Scottsdale. It is actually in Maricopa County. It is a 30 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes to a Walgreens. If shopping and restaurants are your thing, it is a 52 min drive to the Commons. For us it was perfect because we prefer to hike the Granite Mountain and Tom's thumb. Would highly recommend and will rent again.

We loved our time at the house. Plenty of room, and a great view. Instructions were easy to follow. The only downside is it's quite a long way out of town, and hard to find in the dark, but you could also say that's a positive!

This is a great home in an amazing scenic environment. If you're looking for the desert, like we were, this is your place. Just be aware the it is out away from the city. But, if you don't mind a little drive, you'll love it once you're there.

We had a delightful time at the house. It's a long way out of town and a little hard to fI'd first time, but that's also a positive to be out in the peace & quiet of the desert landscape. You can go hiking right from the house.

The house was gorgeous and very well stocked. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and savor the views from the many windows. The pool and beautiful deck provided much relief from the heat while getting to take in the tranquil views of the surrounding preserve! The house is out in the boonies but if you're willing to drive a bit out of Scottsdale, it's well worth the serenity! And we found a number of beautiful hiking trails to explore within 20 min of the property. Only drawbacks were the beds... Either too hard or too squishy. But a minor problem compared to the overall experience!

Our family of five stayed here and we loved every minute of our stay! The home is just as beautiful as the pictures portray. The kitchen is well stocked and great to cook in. The owners have paid close attention to details and have provided all that is needed to enjoy your stay. We will definitely visit again!
