Great location for skiing and town. The building is a bit dated, but the interior of this unit is nice and was recently updated.

Great location. Clean and for the most part furnished well, missing a few things in the kitchen. Have to pay extra for parking and can only park 1 vehicle on site which requires some pre-planning if you are coming with more than 1 vehicle.

    great condo for two families

    Reviewed by: Amy on

Overall great condo. Great location close to Peak 9 / Village for ski school. House is stocked with pretty much everything you could need aside from groceries. We utilized the stove, oven, micro...everything worked without any problems. The owner recently replaced large and smaller pots (2) but probably needs to replace the pans. Plenty of glasses, coffee mugs, bowls, etc. Again, we really used almost everything in the kitchen. The living / dining room is perfect. Plenty of room to stretch out and lounge. We had to call maintenance twice for the fireplace, which seemed to work then not work several times. They were prompt, courteous, and able to get the fireplace working in no time. One small gripe was the dissimilar bottles of body wash and shampoo in the showers...they were definitely the same. Would be nice if they made sure each were what it says it is. Finally, note to future are only allowed parking for one vehicle for $30/night. You could valet the other vehicle for $40/night or pay $15-20 for parking about 1 mile away. We parked at the ice rink, followed directions for overnight parking but were still hit with a parking ticket for $30.00.Again, overall a nice place close to Main Street with great living space.

    Great Breckenridge Condo!

Spacious living area and convenience to the slopes were amazing. Kitchen very functional and plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Fireplace broke halfway through the trip, but maintenance repaired about 24 hours later.

    Sufficient but not excellent

    Reviewed by: Lori W. on

To begin on a positive note, the bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The unit is close to town and the slopes. We enjoyed our stay, but there is nothing special about this unit. Not very cozy and the kitchen is not user friendly if you are planning to do a lot of cooking. The condo unit was sufficient, but there were several thinks that needed attention. First of all the cleaning was sub-par. When the sun was shinning in the window we could see a layer of dust on the leather (vinyl) couch. Also the windows had finger prints all over them, there was a large amount of hair in the drain in the master shower, and the tub drain in the kids room was clogged and wouldn't drain. There is a large number of pots and pans, but most of them are worn and need replaced.

    Manager's Response:
Lori, thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the generous size and great location of this condo; however, we apologize that some aspects of your stay fell flat. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and this homeowner has let us know they will be reaching out to their cleaning company to ensure these issues do not recur for future guests. Thank you for helping us to improve and we hope to host you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team

    Nice, but nothing special

Nice clean apartment. However, for this price, you should have your own washer and dryer. Maybe some extra furnishings in the kitchen. Also, you should let people use the ski lockers.

    Manager's Response:
John, thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment overall and we really appreciate your feedback on ways it could be even better. We've shared your comments with the homeowners who have a ski locker available and encourage their guests to use it at their convenience. Additionally, the laundry facilities are advertised as being on site, but we apologize if this caught you off guard. Thanks again! Best, the Evolve Team

Perfect location for a family vacation at Breckenridge

Two families spent Christmas together for a week and it couldn't have been better. Everything is so convenient and the hospitality was generous. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It is a very short walk to the ski lift in the morning and once we learned our way around (cutting through other buildings), we realized how very convenient the Village is to this condo. Ski locker and laundry facilities were very helpful (bring your quarters). Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with all of us. Happy New Year!

This was a great getaway for our group of 8 - 6 adults, two kids. The location was great to walk to everywhere downtown, shuttles were located close by for those with mobility limitations, and the unit was very nice and well equipped. I would stay here again in a minute - it is also super spacious which was great when balancing a group with a lot of different schedules from 2 yr olds to grandparents, everyone had their own space. Thank you for the use of your amazing property.

The condo was spacious and well furnished. It accommodated our families and three small grandsons. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The property was a good fit for our family. We were able to walk to the gondola and ride to the top so our grandsons could climb a mountain! The food and service at The Canteen was great. Our grandsons enjoyed the activities and pizza at Eric's. It was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and shopping from our condo. We had good communication for booking and directions to the condo. We would come back to this condo and would recommend it to others.
