This place was very clean and charming. The owners of the property were easy to contact and the location was perfect. Walking distance to anything you would need. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend and will likely try to stay here again when visiting Knoxville!

This place was beautiful, and very well located. Us five girls had a great time, and there was enough space for it to feel comfortable. Two bathrooms a huge plus. The location could not be better if you are looking to go to bars and restaurants, and the parking is across the street and included which was also awesome. It was quite expensive (almost $1000 for two nights) but given we booked late not many options were available. Apartment was also quite clean and well stocked with a fridge that makes ice and water which is so convenient. I would stay again but only with 5-6 people to keep costs down

We had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Located in the Old City section of downtown Knoxville, the condo allowed us to enjoy the best of downtown Knoxville. With coffee shops across the street and just around the corner, and restaurants in all directions, we were able to experience Knoxville on foot all day. We can't wait to return!

Stayed here for four nights with family. Awesome building. Convenient to downtown. Good home base for Smokies. Would definitely stay again.
I can only add to what others have said. Fabulous place! Everything you need. All new and squeaky clean. Came for granddaughter's wedding. Easy to walk everywhere to visit with the wedding party, super cafes and shops nearby. Very quiet at night, bedrooms are nice and dark while dining and living are are bright and sunny. You will love this place, and Beth is amazing and helpful!

I can't even begin to describe how perfect this loft experience was for us! From the moment we walked in we knew we had landed on something very special! We shared it with my daughter and son-in-law and their two toddlers while visiting my other daughter, son-in-law and toddler who live in Knoxville. For four wonderful days the loft was filled with the squeals of three happy cousins while the rest of relaxed on comfy couches and dined at the wonderful rustic table set amongst the brick walls as light streamed in from the three tall windows. We couldn't stop taking pictures! Being from California we could not have asked for a better Knoxville experience! The location to downtown was a perfect strolling distance and the proximity to the trendy coffee shop across the street and fun bar scene of old town made it nice for the young adults to be able to slip out while grandma and grandpa watched the kids. A special thanks to Beth for arranging everything for us!

This was a great location and spacious apartment. We would stay there again. It was extremely clean, probably the cleanest airbnb I've stayed in. The kitchen is stocked and the first floor access made it easy to bring bikes in and out.

The condo was absolutely stunning! The online pictures attracted me to the condo, but opening the door and realizing the size, layout and decor was the best! It was immaculate and well-stocked, even found the drawer with the coffee, tea and hot cocoa and all the "fixins". The beds were comfy, the couch was a great place to hang out together in the morning drinking coffee and watching TV. Even the TVs were easy to work, not a million remotes and button-pushing. The owners had thought of everything.....literally!
We were there visiting my daughter who is a student at UTK and she met us there and we were able to visit so many awesome restaurants, venues and just walking around Old City and downtown and the vibrant Market Square.
Thank you for everything Beth!
We will be going back for sure!

We stayed for a short visit to Knoxville. The loft is in an excellent location! We walked to restaurants, the farmers market (which is awesome), and cute coffee shops and boutiques. We felt very safe and comfortable while traveling with a 3 yr old. We drove to a local pumpkin patch and went on a Mountain hike. The loft is super clean and has everything we needed excluding an extra set of sheets for the foldout futon and we really would love to have had a broom to sweep up after the little one. The place is spacious, quiet and clean with modern style and an all in all fun place to stay. Thanks so much! Would recommend this place for sure. (just a side note: one bed mattress is pretty hard for a side sleeper but the other mattress is soft and comfortable).

This place was amazing wanted to stay downtown and have a few romantic nights for me and my husband on my b-day.. The place is quiet, love the beds, showers and washer and dryer, in walking distances bars, restaurants..We have all ready talked about booking it again..
The moment we walked into Apt 1 we felt comfortable and at home. Everything there was well thought out and couldn't have asked for anything more. We were able to cook, way our clothes, relax and have all amenities at our disposal. Being an apt it still felt like home. We were close to shopping, buses and many activities.
Apt 1 was quiet, great access and we felt perfectly safe.
