4/5 Property was nice overall- with being in VRBO, people are looking for amenities to fit their needs. I would suggest basic add ins… salt, pepper, a hair dryer. For 3 bedrooms, I would also add another chair. A small couch and chair, didn’t even accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
