• Nice place to stay in Hilton Head

  We really liked the location of the unit.

  It was clean and easy to park for getting our stuff in and out of the unit too.

  Very close to the beach and the other places in Hilton head.

  Pickle ball courts were free, so that was good too there.

  My only complaint to this unit and many places on these booking sites is that they

  add on hefty cleaning fees and then ask you to do most of the cleaning before you leave. Do the Dishes, put them away, take sheets off beds, towels collected into certain piles, take all the garbage out. I think the re-cleaning time would take 30 min tops for a cleaner coming behind an obedient/cleaning client/ booker. Also as they do not come in to add new linens, or clean for your 175.00 for 3 nights for cleaning fees, the cleaning fee is steep in my opinion.

  Also bring your own soaps, shampoos and dish soap for hand cleaning or dish hand washing as requested. No kitchen sink soap and poor types of the bathroom soaps/ shampoos that were provided. Very little to use, or none on some aspects. I know I could have asked for some but it is a hassle to ask or wait to get items like that etc when on a vacation. That can be the remake, cleaners issues perhaps.

  I did like the contact person though and again, most places that book for you like Air b b and V R B O charge gobs of extras, making the price double of what the per night first price quote is, that you see from the front pages with their advertised price per night listings.

  I would go back to this unit though and would now know what to bring with me. I am just adding my opinion for things a vacationer might need to know about the good and less good experience here and perhaps other units being advertised thru V R B O.

  Owner communicates well and responds quickly. Pools are always clean! Quiet community, close to the beach! Place was clean and well maintained.

  The property was nice and quiet. Enjoyed that we could easily walk to the beach. Location was good if you only wanted to enjoy Hilton Head. But it was a little far to Beaufort and Bluffton. I liked the fact that no pets were allowed. Good for those with allergies.

  Our stay was great! It was nice to have a home base and be able to cook in a clean kitchen. Beds were clean and comfortable and so were the bathrooms.

  The condo was easy to find and I loved it was on the first floor and parking was close. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.
