    The property was great. Would definitely consider booking again. The only thing that we could even find wrong was that there were some water bugs in the kitchen, ( we would just kill them when we saw them). Would not stop us from going back. But we all loved the place.

    The property really needs to be updated. Water stains on the walls, dirty rug in the master bath, drain clogged in master bath, almost impossible to open the front door, TV was a disaster to operated finally found another remote in the master bedroom and with that and another remote were able to turn on but needed both to operate. Would not go back or recommend.

    Scheduled a 3 day stay here. Check-in was easy. The pool and facilities were clean and well maintained. Front door lock was very difficult to open and my children (14 &15) could barely open the door due to the strength of the auto closure. The bathrooms were clean other than some water stains on the walls and fresh linens were provided in the bedrooms. The kitchen was not very clean including the countertops, inside the cabinets, and inside the refrigerator. One of the burners was removed from the stove which I reinstalled. Dishes and kitchen supplies were mostly dingy. The laundry door was broken which I got back into service as best I could. The bedroom tv and DirecTV worked fine along with the WiFi and internet. Could not figure out the hall tv at all. Never turned on the living room TV as there were 8 remote controls in the cabinet and none worked. Bring your beach supplies as none are provided. To my chagrin, I killed a roach on the kitchen countertop on the morning of checkout.

    -When we arrived 1 hour early( after I texted the owner if I could check in early and she replied with yes it would be fine) the cleaning crew had just arrived and said that we had to wait an hour because no one communicated with them about checking in early and very rudely closed the door in my face. We waited in the hallway with all our belongings for an hour until they were done. Directions were unclear of where to find the keys to the unit.
    - The unit was very dirty. The floors were filthy with a thick layer of dust and dirt. Every surface had a thick layer of dust on it. Our feet with dirty and black on our first day of our stay.
    - Unit next door to us had a fire alarm battery going out so every night we listened to the "chirp" go off all night long for 5 nights.
    - The TV in the bunks in the hallway didn't work at all and there was no privacy curtain to close.
    - We found live cockroaches coming out from the base boards and the kitchen.
    - I read that there was Netflix on the living room TV and there were about 15 remotes that didn't work and only one worked the volume. We had to change channels on actual TV and never figured out cable. Directions would have been helpful and the correct remotes set out.
    - The front door lock was terrible. We struggled to get in turning the key and getting it to unlatch. Every time we entered was a long battle that was very frustrating.
    - This until had less than the bare minimum for a stay. No salt and pepper, rolls of TP, a scrubber to wash the dishes, only one kitchen rag and one kitchen towel, etc.
    - The master bedroom window had no curtains just blinds so the outside hallway light of the condo lights up the whole bedroom at night.
    - We needed a extra blanket and I pulled one out of the closet that spelled strongly of urine.
    I was very disappointed in how much money we spent for a dirty condo that wasn't fully functioning or had the things that were listed. This unit needs a good cleaning and updating.

    THIS PLACE IS NOT AS PICTURED! Though the furniture is there, it is old, dirty and broken. There is not wifi, the remote for the TV is missing, there are not any supplies at all in the home. The dishes are dirty, old and broken. This place was a nightmare. I spent the first day cleaning it myself and disinfecting. If we weren't 10 hours from home I would have turned around and gone right back. Luckily the cleaning company (who is listed as the emergency contact) came the next day and deep cleaned the place. They said that the property had not been stayed in in a while and that they didn't even know that it was still on their rotation. Evolve Travel was also very helpful in making compensation for this terrible ordeal. The homeowner refused to respond once she knew that there were problems. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    Not the greatest experience. When we got there our key got stuck in the lock and had to get a locksmith to come get us in. After waiting 2 hours he came and put the new lock in. Then, 3 days later, some thing, only had to wait 3 1/2 hrs. Had no money on us to go anywhere, had planned a nice last night out and that was shot! The condo itself wasn't bad except we had no cell service, Wi-Fi didn't work, underneath the bed wasn't clean, and sand on the bunk beds

    The pictures were awesome! The outside was well manicured & looked great from a distance. The indoor/outdoor pool was smaller than we expected & the plastic flaps that you swim under were covered in mildew! The elevator had no ventilation and was extremely hot! The front doors all needed a fresh coat of paint. Our condo had a stiff lock but inside the condo was okay. The chairs had small stains, the washer was missing a button, and the condo had a strange odor. After buying some air freshener it was much better. The wifi never would allow us to use all the apps on our phones and the owner was unaware of how to fix it. He stated that the unit next door shared it however it was unoccupied. The bunk beds were not comfortable but the Master bedroom was wonderful. We have stayed on Fort Morgan plenty of times so we knew it was far from town (approximately 20 minutes). Everyone was really nice that worked at the condo and the beach was awesome. You could see the Bay from the front balcony and the Gulf from the back deck! The walk was nice to the beach.

    We arrived at unit at 4:00 on 6/23, key was not in lockbox. After talking to our contact (who was very nice), he got maintenance man to let us in. Once inside at 5:30 pm, the unit had not been cleaned and we had No key. Maintenance man could not leave his key. More conversations with owner, cleaning service showed up appx 45 minutes later, cleaned unit and left us a key. We went out, came back at 10:00 pm. About 10:30 my husband went to get something out of our vehicle, only to discover that we were LOCKED IN THE UNIT. More calls to property owner, maintenance comes back, can't fix lock. Property owner had to call locksmith, who solved the problem by 1:00 AM! SO NO, WE DIDN'T HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Laundry closed doors broke, commode in master bath hangs up & won't flush properly, screen for sliding door on balcony broke, not usable, just to name a few problems.

    I was very disappointed in my stay here when we first arrived we seen two big rats in the hallway now another one by our room I have three small children the electricity keeps going out and the tv in the room doesn't even work we are far away from everything when I was told it was on the beach. I'm not going to say nasty but definitely needs some improvement and the pool never says open my kids had to walk back disappointed every time would not recommend for a family. Almost $800 is way too much to spend we ended up spending more money to buy another room bed hard

    Only 1 of the TV's worked, but it had to warm up for 15 - 20 minutes before it would come on. It also had 8 (count them!) remotes - we gave up trying to figure out how to get anything other than the basic "Direct TV". The WiFi did not work, but building staff gave us code for a nearby unit so we could get internet. Only unit without a keypad for lock - keys did not work well. The whole lock had to be replaced by locksmith during our stay. The unit had not been cleaned on our arrival at 3:00pm - cleaners who came said they had not been notified by owner. The email we were sent had an incorrect code for beach access-took a while to get that figured out. Several minor repairs needed in unit - all sliding doors are off tracks, dryer has to be turned on w/ pliers, electric canopener does not work, smoke alarm goes off whenever oven is on. Building & location are fine - not unit. The owner did respond to our multiple phone calls with all these problems, but it did not make for a restful vacation.

    This is a wonderful vacation spot!!! I can't wait to come back. The community was very very very family friendly, and I never once felt uncomfortable with my 2 small children.     We had a good time while we were in town. Condo was nice, but I did not realize how far it was away from all of the "action" my teenagers wanted. (that is my own fault) We had no complaints. Had a great time. Nice and quiet! We were the only people on the beach near the condo!! I especially enjoyed not bringing home loads of dirty laundry!! I ended up speaking to the owner a few times, and he was SUPER friendly and answered all of my questions!

    We enjoyed our spring break vacation here. We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly. Plenty of sleeping space, full kitchen and short walk to the beach. We were about 25 minutes from town so its best to get your groceries ahead of time the local store is pretty expensive. I enjoyed being further out away from the crowded beach. It was also nice to have the washer and dryer to do laundry daily instead of packing sand! The owner is really nice!

    This was my first Airbnb experience and overall it was a positive one! We did have an issue with a leak in the master bathroom toilet, and the wifi was not working which prevented me from being able to get work done I had intended to, but I guess that's what I get for trying to work while on vacation! Overall, we were pleased with our experience, and our host was easy to reach the whole trip. The location was fantastic and we had a very relaxing weekend!

    I loved Fort .Beach, it was beautiful and the people were nice.

    I had some trouble with locating the keys and the Evolve Manager was wonderful and helpful in helping me locate them. (They were right in front of my face!)

    The condo itself was clean. The dryer did not work and it was a bit hectic in getting that fixed. The local maintenance could not assist as the dryer is considered a large repair versus a minor repair. The owner wasn't much help either at first but again Evolve was wonderful! They helped coordinate with the owner and someone came to the rescue.

    The wifi also did not work, which isn't a bad thing but I broke my phone and had to get a new one. I ended up having to go to McDonalds in town to set up my new phone. Evolve was working to get it resolved but the owner was no help and I was fed up so I just gave up instead of getting the issue resolved.

    The sliding door came off the hinges but I had no way to let maintenance know because no wifi and my phone was not yet set up.

    It is a bit of a drive (about 20 mins) to town where there are things to do and eat. There are a couple of restaurants closer but not much variety without driving into town.

    Overall my family had a blast and it was a great experience minus a few hiccups along the way.

However, the cleanliness of the condo left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Upon arrival, we found dishes that were put away dirty and linens on one bed that I know for a fact weren't changed. Having rented condos in the past, these are the first things I look at. So needless to say I spent the first moments doing laundry and hand washing the dishes to be used.

    The condo needs updating but we weren't in it too much so not major concern. The cookware is very poor and everything is grimy in the kitchen.

    We had an issue with keys and the local contact could not have been more amazing to help and go out of her way! Thank you to her for getting the locksmith to us!
