Overall a great stay
5/5 Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!

Convenient
4/5 Perfect for fishing.
I didn't do any fishing but this is a perfect spot to use as a home base.
It was very convenient to Volusia raceway, which is why I was there.
The sofa bed is terrible and really needs to be replaced. I was traveling solo, so I just slept on the couch without folding it out.
The location was convenient for my trip.
