Fun beach trip
5/5 Excellent location, and the condo was well cared for. It was perfect for our family. The size was a little smaller than I expected based on the photos, but it worked out fine. There is a shed on the patio that has lots of beach toys to use, and a cart to haul it to the beach and back. Very thoughtful of the owners! We would stay again.

5/5 Everything about the condo was good, the location, friendly neighbors, the layout of the condo was nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed.It was hard to get comfortable in this type of bed and it affected the quality of my sleep. Also a full size recliner would have been much more comfortable, as I am 6’4. And it was too small to get comfortable in

Another great stay!
5/5 This was our second stay in this unit and it was just a great as last time. Colony Reef is centrally located on the Island and lots of places to eat and visit just a short distance away. The complex has a nice pool area and open yard space that you see many kids playing in. The unit is quiet, you don't hear outside noises and it's nice to be on the ground level. It's also perfect for a larger family. Very short walk to the boardwalk and the beach is lovely as always. We will definitely consider staying here again.
