• Bad Communication

  We where told we can check in early we get there and have to wait for our “host” to call them and accept our early check in which was fine. We then get to the hotel no wifi i go to the front desk they said to ask our host for the password which he then took 24 hours to reply and tell us that their is no wifi and we would only be able to get a connection on the balcony. By the end of the second day we where low on toilet paper so i call the number the desk gave me and they told me to reach out to my host. I did no answer, this was on Saturday at 1:58pm. It’s Monday at 11:25 still no answer. I also texted him at noon on sunday to let him know that we where completely out and still no answer. We won’t be back here again. Also none of the tvs worked in the hotel because you need wifi to use them.

  - We are truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, what you mentioned is accurate, and we would like to explain the situation.
  We had marked the condo as unavailable until the first of the year, starting in June or earlier. Your reservation had been in place for at least 9 months, and due to this, we were unable to cancel it. We did make attempts to reach out to you through emails and texts, but it seemed there was no response until you requested an early check-in. During that time, we were on vacation, and we must mention that we had intermittent cell service, which resulted in our inability to promptly address your requests. We only became aware of your messages after the fact, including your notification of departure.
  - We understand your frustration with the Wi-Fi situation and apologize for the inconvenience. It's important to note that this is a condo in Mexico, and we do not reside there. While we do our best to ensure a smooth experience for our guests, sometimes unexpected challenges arise.
  - We apologize for the lack of communication and the other issues you faced. We have a track record of positive reviews, and it's disheartening that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback is important, and we will work on improving our communication and addressing issues more promptly in the future. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Dirty Ass Place

  We showed up to the condo and the place was dirty. The beds were undone and probably soiled. The cleaning crew left the trash cans and cleaning supplies in the middle of the living room.

• Great Getaway

  This property was exactly as pictured. Overall, we had an excellent stay. The property was clean, spacious and perfect for us. Most of the trip was just my husband and myself but our kids (teens) came for one night and they had an excellent time enjoying the pool etc. The amenities were fantastic, the condo itself was clean, the views were incredible. The downside was that we couldn't use the parking space provided which was kind of a bummer. The guards would never let us back in the parking garage if we went someplace. We eventually gave up and parked outside. The night my kids came we wanted them to park there because they had my 85 year old, handicapped, mother in law, but the guards would not let them in to park, even though I was with them. That was a hassle. The water also randomly got shut off twice, but they sent someone pretty quickly to turn it back on. We also couldn't get the coffee pot to work, but overall minor inconveniences. We can't wait to go back!
