• Great pool house

  Jerry is a great host, the pool house is very clean and cozy we felt right at home.it has everything you need and more . perfect location near all the stores and gas station. The area is nice and quiet and peaceful We loved the pool got in it everyday. Jerry has great communication and responded to any questions you may have. We enjoyed the back deck with the lights that was our go to spot every night . Comfortable and cozy. The yard is very clean as well .next vacation I will be coming back thanks for everything Jerry you're the best 💗

• Good location and amenities, but cleanliness not great

  Pros:

  1. Great location. 1 hour to Cocoa Beach, 40 min to Disney, quiet area, and for us was right up the road from friends.

  2. Friendly owner. He was available but also gave us our space and smiled when we saw him.

  3. Pool access

  4. Amenities like laundry (we found this very helpful!)

  5. Bug-free! Never saw a critter inside during our stay.

  Cons

  1. Cleanliness. Everything seemed a little damp and all of the bed linens had a terrible smell that made the whole place smell bad. It was so bad we had to wash our nightclothes and shower after sleeping each day.

  2. Misleading advertising. If you carefully read the details in the listing it does say this is a pool house, but everything else about the listing makes you think it’s a house. It is very, very small (too small to even fit a suitcase in the bedroom). The space is still useable and we might have even still booked it, but how misleading the listing is left us feeling duped.

We ask all our potential guests to read the listing in its entirety so that they know what to expect when they arrive at our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Fern Park vacation rental guest home. After so many pros we were quite surprised by the low score and cons.
  
  Our house cleaner does a great job of cleaning and being sure it is 100% guest-ready. We would never expect anyone to sleep in a bed that didn't have clean sheets or to have to feel the need to wash everything the next day. We have never had any complaints of this nature and if you had contacted us we would have done what we could to rectify the issue.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• A fun getaway with a pool

  The pool was very clean and the small pool side home was just the right size, complete with a kitchen and comfortable bed, along with a flatscreen TV with Netflix

• Loved it

  We loved the property and the property owner was very kind. The only down side to the stay was the mattress on the bed was very very uncomfortable. It was very lumpy and to be honest, my husband had to sleep on the couch bc it hurt his back so bad. I managed but had to sleep in the middle of the bed. It was a rough night for me as well. The mattress was the only downfall. Hopefully, they will get a new one.
