  The property was in a convenient location to the activities we wanted to do. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

  Complaints:

  The description said there would be paper towels and complimentary toiletries. There were no paper towels at all. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper. The only “toiletries” were two bars of hand soap. Thankfully I brought my own toiletries but we had to go out and buy paper towels and toilet paper.

  It was also odd that there was no peep hole in the door and the chain lock was not usable.

  The curtains didn’t cover the sliding glass doors completely, and they were not black out curtains. The porch light didn’t have a switch so it was annoying not being in darkness when trying to fall asleep.

  There was a weak WiFi connection. The tv wouldn’t even let us stream because it was so weak. We had to hotspot our cellular.

  Although it can’t be helped by the property owner, it should be noted that being close to the road it was pretty noisy.

• Great Location—Unit Needs a Deep Cleaning

  The check in process went smoothly. And the location of our unit was great. However, this unit is in need of a deep cleaning. The mattress had a ripped plastic protector that did not cover the mattress. The mattress was visibly dirty. The floors were dirty and sticky. There was a black substance around the base of the tub, it could have been mold. The unit would be a lot better if it had a deep cleaning and a new mattress. The sheets on the bed were worn and didn’t stay on the bed.
