This was our family's first time in Utah. We decided on staying in Cedar City since it was pretty central to Brian Head (35min) & Zion (1hr). I'm really glad we chose this home to stay in. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids 12 & under. The house was roomy enough for us all & having a fully stocked kitchen was fantastic. We lucked out on our trip as it snowed several inches & having the back yard for the kids to play in worked out great. We would definitely look to rent again on our next trip.
It was a lovely home and we had a great time. 🙂
Our family stayed in this house for a week while exploring all the nearby national parks. The location was perfect in town, close to the downtown area, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was the perfect size for our family, clean and modern. We wished the peaches on the peach tree in the backyard would have been ripe! It was a great stay!

Only 5 reviews to go by when we booked, mostly good, including one who mentioned “ welcome basket of fruit and eggs”…no such thing when we arrived. If you’re planning to use the basement room for family members, it has an extremely strong mold smell. Kitchen equipped with basics only. No juice glasses or wine glasses. Yes, it is close to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown, but the street seems to be a popular one because we were awake to lots of traffic sounds early in the morning. Cleaning fee seemed pretty high for the size of the property and a $55 fee for the “Evolve Team” that you end up booking with even though you thought you were booking with Vrbo.
